Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the view did not meet your expectations. As noted in the listing, the images provided are representative of the villa and do not imply or guarantee a specific view. View categories can vary and must be requested and confirmed in writing at the time of booking. A specific view category was not addressed during your reservation; otherwise, we would have been happy to provide options based on your preferences and availability. Please also note that Marriott is responsible for the final assignment of all villas at check-in. As also outine in our listing description, Concierge Realty reserves the right to reserve any available view category unless otherwise specified and confirmed in writing in advance. We understand how important views can be to the overall experience, and we regret you were not satisfied with your stay.

Thank you for your wonderful 5 star review! We're thrilled to hear the villa was a perfect fit for your family and that you enjoyed the beautiful oceanfront setting, spacious accommodations, and convenient location. It sounds like you experienced some of the very best Kauaʻi has to offer! We truly appreciate your recommendation and look forward to welcoming your family back for another unforgettable stay.

Thanks for sharing about your trip, Susan! We're thrilled you enjoyed your vacation. It sounds like you had everything you needed for a perfect stay. Wow - 16 turtles?! Such an amazing memory made! Thank you for your review, Margot! We're so glad to hear you enjoyed the location, amenities, and family-friendly atmosphere—especially the pools, beach, and snorkeling. We're sorry to hear you were disappointed with the view from your room. As all villa assignments are handled directly by the resort at check-in, we do hope you addressed your concerns with them during your stay. Please note that Concierge Realty is not responsible for villa placement, as outlined in the rental agreement. We appreciate your feedback and hope you had a wonderful overall experience!

We are so very happy to hear how much you enjoyed your stay at the Marriott Waiohai Beach Club! Thank you for choosing Concierge Realty to help with your vacation accommodation and we look forward to assisting you with a return trip!

Thank you for taking the time to leave your thoughts about Concierge Realty and your experience working with our licensed agent. We are puzzled about your dissatisfaction, however. We responded promptly and from the initial correspondence, showed the price of the accommodations. Over the course of more than a week, you were dialogue about the villa, additional nights, the cost of additional nights, etc. Seeing that you continued to work with the agent knowing the price of the villa seems to indicate that you were in agreement about the cost, particularly because you requested the contract to confirm your vacation. The VRBO calculator tool is an estimate of the cost of accommodations. Availability and rates change daily, if not from morning to afternoon, so it is not practical to look at the estimate as a price written in stone. This is why we do not offer the Book It Now feature – because the availability and rate change quite often. We are a licensed brokerage with a stellar Dunn and Bradstreet rating, well regarded by the BBB and licensed and regulated by the Florida Board of Realtors. In the future, perhaps your interests would be better served addressing a concern you have with an individual or company directly rather than in a public forum and reserving this avenue in the instance that your issues are not resolved to your satisfaction.

Sheryl- Thank you for the review and we hope your family enjoyed beautiful Waiohai! You reserved two units with us at Waiohai Beach Club. Both confirmations were verified and reflective of the Oceanview designation of placement. You reached out to the resort prior to your stay and was insistent on the units being close together. The resort management noted this as a priority. This placement (close together) is at the discretion of the resort as to what is available at check-in, and is never a guarantee which you were informed. After checking in, you communicated to us that you were dissatisfied with the view of one of the units. We expressed that you would need to speak to the resort front desk regarding any placement issue as we have no control over room assignment. We reiterated that you show them the Oceanview confirmations as well. We also got involved and spoke to the resort and reviewed details. The resort did move you to another unit that was oceanview but not as close to the other unit you rented. The issue was having two oceanview rooms close to each other, as this is never guaranteed. As a company we strive to ensure our clients are happy. We did facilitate the transaction as contracted and provided the proper confirmations. The resort will always hold rights to placement, and if other requests are made they have discretion to complete the request as they deem fit. We wish you well and hope that your family had a wonderful celebration.

Cara W., We're so thrilled to hear Marriott's Waiohai Beach Club was just as beautiful as in the pictures, if not more beautiful! The pool area is one of our favorite aspects of the resort, as well! We're sorry to hear about the lack of transportation and we'd love to pass that advice along to the Marriott. Let us know if we can help you plan your next getaway! Warm regards, Concierge Realty
