Nice place, good price, great view, enjoyed the place. Building has very crowded elevators. The unit was nicely furnished but washed out images on older TVs during the day with poor sound quality. Everyone’s back was sore from sleeping on sinking worn out mattresses in most rooms.

Amazing!

We absolutely loved this place and hope to come back. It had plenty of room for our group of 11. Everything was perfect except the beds need updating.

Wonderful couples getaway

The condo is exactly what the pictures show. It was the perfect place for old friends to hang out and have fun. The condo was very clean and spacious. The lazy river was so relaxing and fun. We want to make it a yearly thing.

Wedding weekend

We stayed at the Phoenix 2 West and the staff and everyone from security to check in were so accommodating for my vendors and others that came to be a part of our wedding. We also rented a house in Fort Morgan that was extremely comfortable!!! Such a beautiful spot!

New Year’s Eve vacation

We had a great time. My family all came to celebrate the new years together This place was very spacious and we actually were able to see the fireworks from the patio. The views we had were amazing. The weather was a little chilly so we spent a lot of time in the condo. Our kids loved the indoor swimming pool. This is definitely a place you want to stay with your family and friends.

The only drawback was the lack of adequate cookware. We usually don't do a lot of eating out but this trip we largely had to do so. Overall a great rental.

The condo was great for the 10 people in our group. It was awesome that 3 of the bedrooms had their own bathroom. Plenty of space to not be on top of each other. Condo has something for everyone. We had a pickle ball family night on one of the 4 courts they have. There is an onsite restaurant that was a nice surprise. Plenty of water entertainment for the 5 kids. Not to mention- the beach! The indoor pool didn’t have that beyond high chlorine odor that prevents parents from staying in that area! Big plus! For being on the 21st floor, the elevators were awesome. Quite fast compared to other large condos we have stayed. I didn’t personally use the gym but my Brother in law did. He said it has top notch equipment. The 2 hot tubs and sauna near the gym helped too!

Orange beach condo

VRBO filter classified property as oceanfront. Was really overview. Also had a leaky ice maker which caused three days of wet carpet in master. Required 48 hours of fans to dry to an acceptable level. Then had smell of mildew for a couple of days after. Only got a rent concession of 300.

Spacious Condo

The condo had large rooms with a big deck. It also included a large ice maker. Outside was great for grandkids- large outdoor and indoor pools, lazy river and a slide. Cons- only given 2 bath towels per person which required washing every nite. No extras like blow dryers were provided At times long waits for elevators- especially at check in. A parking fee of $60 for each car. We were not allowed to put beach chairs any where on the beach in front of all the rentable umbrellas.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was the perfect size for our family, the location was great and the amenities of the complex are fabulous. However, the furniture in the tv area is old and extremely uncomfortable and I cannot express how dirty this condo was we even had to clean vomit off the wall next to one of the beds. I will stay at this property again but not this unit.

I physically inspected this condo a few days before your arrival and did not notice any cleaning issues and we send an email to our guests the day after their arrival asking if everything is good and if anything is needed. We didn't hear from you and wish we had, we could have had someone over immediately to address any concerns you had. Condo with Partial Ocean View

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My extended family and I enjoyed our stay here. The condo was huge and had plenty of space for everyone to spread out when needed. Everything was clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that the listing says ocean view. Yes, if you go to the massive terrace you can see a partial view of the ocean. I was under the impression the main balcony faces the ocean but it doesn’t. It’s not the end of the world but I would have preferred knowing the balcony faces the street instead of the ocean. During busy times, the elevators can be difficult to access, so plan to add a few minutes for that. The vacation company can’t control that, so it’s not a ding against them. It was a great long weekend for us and we loved our stay.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was a spacious 4 bedroom 4.5 bath, condo. The private balcony was definitely the perk of the stay and offered our family beautiful views of the ocean, especially at sunrise. This was our 4th year staying at the Phoenix West II and this condo was by far the most worn one that we have ever stayed in. It has scrapes on the walls, heavily worn decor, carpet with stains, and just in general needs some care. It appeared rather obvious that this condo was heavily used and that these things were just from a lot of use. We would consider staying again if the condo received some TLC and was cleaned up some but in its current state, we would NOT stay here again.
