I have been staying at Grand Pointe for many many years and I just love it. The location is perfect. The place is clean and everything around is well manicured and not alot of high traffic getting down to the beach. If I ever retired and had money I would invest in Grande Pointe. Never disappoints.

One elevator working, then got stuck on it for 20 minutes. Had to wait for the fire dept. Saw several roaches in our room while staying.

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo is exactly as pictured. Plenty of space for everyone, awesome master suite. Amazing views! I think there was almost always someone out enjoying the balcony, especially in the morning and evening. Easy walk to the beach. Enjoyed the pools and hot tubs. FYI we arrived just a few minutes early and tried the key code but it wouldn't work. Called the management company and they were able to give us a new code, but thankfully they addressed the issue quickly. Be sure and bring dish soap, dishwasher pods, garbage bags and toilet paper. They've been working on one of the elevators since December so only one elevator was working. Most times not a big problem but mid-afternoon when lots of people were checking in there were definitely some long waits for people with carts. But highly recommend this unit.

Perfect location!!!

This place was the perfect location for watching the boats coming and going in the mornings and evenings. Plus, it’s close to our favorite restaurant, The Gulf! Very clean and spacious condo!

Everything was accurate, easy access for codes, i will give a 10 for cleanliness, beds were comfy, the views were amazing and seen dolphins everyday. We would stay here againin the near future

Orange Beach beautiful

We had a great time with our family and friends celebrating birthdays! The location was great and so was the condo. It was spacious and clean, served our needs well. The only part that was tough was parking. Lots of empty ‘owner’ spots that would have bern nice to use.

This condo was a beautifully furnished and well appointed condo. The view was gorgeous, too!

Wonderful condo that is well taken care of, clean, spacious, and just absolutely beautiful! The complex was extremely clean and well kept, neighbors were very friendly! The view from the gigantic patio is gorgeous!

Fall Fun

My family of 5 adults & 3 children loved this condo! The balcony was perfect for watching the boats go in & out of the pass. Great location, beach was private & not crowded. Beach attendants were very accommodating!

Perfect Spring Break!

We loved this condo! It was so easy to reserve and check in was a breeze with the emailed codes and information. Everything was perfect! Great condo with fabulous views !!

We had a great time. Plenty of room for everyone , three generations !!!! The condo was furnished with anything you might need. Great view from the balcony but needs more outdoor furniture as only had seating for 6 people.

Beach and gmes

It was lovely. Views were beautiful. Property was clean and very nice. We had one small issue with coffee maker and they pretty much immediately brought a new one. Would definitely rent this property in the future.

Beautiful view, quiet end of the beach, spacious interior, well equipped kitchen and very clean!

Great experience. Had a couple of service needs and management was responsive and courteous. The beach wasn’t crowded, unlike the beach in front of the big properties. Great pool, gas grills for cooking in the common area and location of this corner unit makes it very quiet - we didn’t hear neighbors at all. Really great experience overall.

Very Clean Condo!

We come to Orange Beach all the time and have never stayed at Grand Pointe before. What a great place! The condo was one of the cleanest we have ever stayed at. Plenty of space for everyone inside and 4 bathrooms is amazing. Southern Vacation Rentals made the entire process easy even we we extended our stay. Everything was great. We will be back!
