The house comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests with a luxurious king bed, queen bed and full bed on the main floor, and two spacious rooms with a king bed and queen bed in the basement. The master bedroom includes a private patio with seating for morning coffee. A washer/dryer is provided with detergent and dryer sheets.
Spend quality time together in the enclosed sunroom, designed for year-round fun with its own dedicated A/C unit. Gather around the large table for games, unwind in the seating area with a 55â Smart TV, or simply enjoy the bright, relaxing space. When youâre ready for some fresh air, step outside under the covered awning to dine at the patio table or fire up the grill for a great outdoor meal.
For our little guests, we provide a pack n' play and a high chair, ensuring a hassle-free experience for families traveling with young children.
Ample off-street parking spaces provided, 4-5 spaces in the driveway and one-stall garage with street parking available, if needed.
Guests will also appreciate the ADA-accessibility of this home. While the chair lift is not operable leading to the basement, guests in wheelchairs can still access:
-Ramp leading directly to the front door
-Living room and kitchen
-3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the main level
-Master bathroom which has grab bars for the shower and the toilet
-Outdoor deck, patio and sunroom
Any type of smoking detected will result in a $500 charge.

The location is terrific! The neighborhood is nice and quiet, but minutes away for all of your necessities. Grocery stores, entertainment and shopping centers are right around the corner. Fantastic access to local eateries and delicious restaurants.
