Maison de piscine paradisiaque

Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad you found the furnishings to match the listing and that you enjoyed the pool area and the safe neighborhood. I’d like to clarify a few points for future guests. You requested a refund after deciding to shorten your stay, but unfortunately, as per our house rules and our cancellation terms, I was unable to process a refund for unused nights. I’m sorry if this impacted your overall experience and review. Regarding the scents in the home: we use a light floral air freshener between guests to maintain a clean and welcoming atmosphere. However, I understand scent preferences vary, and I appreciate your input. The home is strictly non-smoking, but I will investigate your note about the kitchen smell further. As for the closets, they are available for guest use, and I’ll make sure to inspect them for any mustiness and address it promptly. Thank you again for staying, and I wish you all the best in your future travels.

Thank you for your review. I’m glad to hear you found the home clean and that communication was timely. As noted in the listing, the pool is seasonal and not available during your stay dates. Prior to arrival, you reached out to ask about using the pool early, and I confirmed right away that this would not be possible. A cancellation request was also made two days before arrival, which falls outside of the cancellation policy. We appreciate your feedback regarding the outdoor area and will review this to ensure it meets our standards for future guests. Regarding the coffee machine, a claim was submitted based on its condition after checkout, with photos provided. This is handled through the travel damage protection policy included with all reservations, and is not a direct charge to guests. I’m happy to share the photos for full transparency. We always aim to provide an accurate listing and a positive experience, and we appreciate all feedback as it helps us improve.
