This newly remodeled 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom ranch home in Elkhorn West Omaha offers a bright and inviting atmosphere, ideal for families or groups seeking a fully loaded home. Nestled in a safe, quiet neighborhood just steps from a splash park, playground, picnic pavilion, walking trail, and  basketball court!   If you have younger children and need a Pack N Play, booster seat, high chair, or baby gate we will provide it, just let us know.  This home is designed for unforgettable memories.   Located only 1 mile from Flanagan fishing lake and scenic walking/running trail.  Single home with lots of space to spread out and large open living areas for everyone to gather together.  This house has two living room areas along with a game room with ping pong and fuse ball. All bedrooms come with TV 's, with Roku to sign into your streaming services.  The two living rooms each have a 75inch Roku Tv also.  

If your cooking at home there is a fully stocked kitchen with all the pots, pans, baking dishes, hand mixers, crock pot, air fryer, and blender, even baggies, tupperware and foil! This property also has all the comforts of home;  extra blankets, pillows, portable fans in each bedroom and nightlights!

There are four spacious bedrooms and three full baths with 3 showers and one bathtub. Three bedrooms and two of the bathrooms are located on the main floor. The basement hosts the second living room area, the game room, a full bathroom and the fourth bedroom (with two queen beds). There are two outside, sitting areas, one on the deck and one on the backyard patio. The property also has a completely fenced backyard for the kids and dogs. Gas grill for summer bbq's along with grilling utensils. 

*Patio furniture and fire pit are seasonal items and are stored during winter months November-Mid March.

This property is less than 2 miles from Target, Walmart, Aldi, and multiple restaurants, bars, and gyms. Quick access to Village point shopping mall only 6 miles away. Multiple playgrounds are within 1 mile. Only 25 minutes to downtown (CWS, Zoo etc)
