Pool gathering Anyone? Large in-ground heated pool and hut tub are the center attraction of this large private back yard. Fully fenced, large deck and plenty of pool deck for entertaining. Situated directly across from an amazing park & walking trail. This stylish fully remodeled home is the perfect location for entertaining at home or going out. Easy access to the Dodge Expressway, Village Pointe and many more restaurants and shopping. Located in a peaceful and family friendly neighborhood. Please reserve the place with the correct number of guests as there is a price difference.

Great easy check in process! The pool and deck were so nice and spacious. The pool was heated so we could actually use and enjoy the water. Deck was big enough for all of us to be comfortable to have dinner and then relax in the evening.

Perfect Property

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The pool and hot tub were a big hit after spending a few hours at the zoo each day! We were able to relax, unwind and tolerate the heat of the day!! The property was very clean and exactly as the pictures portray it to be. The host was very responsive to any questions we sent her way. Check in and check out were the easiest we’ve ever experienced! This home comes highly recommended by myself and my family!
Family fun in the pool on a hot afternoon after the zoo! Fun for all ages!

18th Birthday

We stayed here for my daughter’s 18th birthday. We all loved the pool and hot tub. Plenty of seating outdoors. Lots of pool floats and towels for everyone. House was very clean and welcoming. Check in was a breeze. I would highly recommend you stay here, especially during the summer months to enjoy the pool!!

90th birthday celebration

Overall the stay was quite nice. Did notice a few things: water filter on refrigerator needs replacing (limits ice that can be made); no Kleenex (plenty of toilet paper though). Had a very strong thunderstorm sweep through area the 2nd evening of our stay - the hosts were very diligent in responding to need to clean up branches and leaves in pool area, and also super shocked the pool to prevent algae growth. This limited time we could use the pool, so hosts graciously provided a partial refund to us.

This was the perfect setup for a late summer get-together in Omaha. The weather can go lots of ways, and the heated pool and hot tub were a perfect play for any weather situation. Lots of open space in the house. We spent all day by the pool and grilled. Their patio space is a great set-up. The whole process with the host was easy and we really appreciated. All of us will be recommending this spot.

In town for a wedding (three nights) had 6 adults and two teenagers (ages 16 & 17) - (we were charged 480 additional charge for an extra person for the three nights - raising awareness about the additional person charge). The home was exactly as pictured. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of linens for both shower and pool use. The beds in the basement are good for people under 5' 10".Checking in and checking out was straightforward and simple. Home was very clean and it was nice to have shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash provided.Pool temperature was great for September.

Beautiful property, kitchen stocked with what ever you would need, plenty of bath towels, the pool was amazing and the hot tub. shampoo/conditioner and body wash were provided. Check in was easy the park across the street is an added plus the kids loved it quite neighborhood. Very clean the basement was a great open area for the kids to play with the toys that are there. Beds were a little too firm for me but otherwise the rooms are perfect.

A wonderful house with everything we needed!

My college girlfriends and our daughters had a wonderful weekend in this home. Very clean, well supplied and the backyard is an oasis in the city!! Great pool, tons of seating in the shade and the sun, lots of pool floaties, etc. We hope to come back next year!

Great stay! Seriously
 we have stayed at a lot of VRBO properties and this one was by far one of the best! We had pretty much everything we needed for a weeks stay minus paper towels. The listing is accurate. The basement was awesome for kids. The pool was clean and heated with plenty of floats & toys available. We stayed while it was super windy so we did have to clean the pool & check filters but it was no big deal. Beds were comfortable & the kitchen well stocked. Check in was easy and communication was great! There is a great park across the street and the neighborhood was super cute. Grocery stores weren’t far away either. And if you want to order a pizza no better one than Godfather’s! Loved it. One minor thing is that the upstairs where the bedrooms are is a little warm for us Texans lol but with a fan and making sure the vents were clear we did just fine. Just turn the ac down a couple of hours before bed to start it cooling off more. Great stay! Would definitely stay here again

Perfect family friendly stay

We stayed for a long weekend and had a great time. There was lots to do for all ages. The park across the street was nice for a short stroll. We couldn’t have asked for better weather and spent an entire day swimming and hanging out at the house which was very nice and clean. It was roomy enough for people to spread out or hang out together. We would definitely book again.

The property was in immaculate shape. Location was safe and had close access to all of Omaha. Beds were so comfortable and of course the jacuzzi was well maintained and the funnest part of the stay❀ 5 stars!! Will rent again

We picked this property after our lake vacation was flooded out. Pool area was perfect and kids spent hours in the pool. Owner was very responsive. Probably best experience I’ve ever had with Vrbo.

Fantastic Ladies Weekend Getaway!!

I cannot say enough outstanding things about our stay!! A group of friends were gathering in Omaha and this home was perfectly perfect!! From the gorgeous decor, to the layout of the home to easily accomodate all of us, to the incredible pool, hot tub, patio with multiple excellent sitting areas, a firepit, even towels for the hot tub! Tons of towels inside for showering too! The easiest "check out" process of most any VRBO I've rented!! And, during the process and during our stay, Maria was amazing at communicating when I had a couple of questions!! We 100% will book this home again! Also, we did not have children with us, but there is an adorable little park right across the street and the neighborhood itself is super charming and quiet!! What a little piece of paradise in Omaha!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
