Step inside to find a light-filled open-concept living area with soaring ceilings, sleek finishes, and comfortable furnishings. The open floor plan makes it easy to gather, whether you’re cooking dinner, playing games, or curling up for a movie night.



The living room features a cozy gas fireplace and large windows that frame the green space beyond the home—often visited by wild elk grazing peacefully. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and everything you need to prepare meals at home. A large dining table and breakfast bar provide plenty of seating for everyone.

Primary Suite (Main Floor): A relaxing retreat with a plush king bed, ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and walk-in shower, and easy access to the main living areas.

Guest Bedroom (Main Floor): Comfortable and bright, located near a full hallway bathroom—perfect for guests who prefer to stay on one level.

Upstairs Suite: A private bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom—ideal for a second couple or older kids who want extra space.

With three full bathrooms, getting ready for beach days or cozy evenings out is a breeze.

The Neighborhood:

Manzanita is a small, friendly village 23 miles south of Seaside and 25 miles north of Tillamook. The town is known for its beautiful seven-mile stretch of beach with views of Neahkahnie Mountain, wonderful shops, and friendly people. This home sits on the south side of Manzanita less than two blocks from downtown Manzanita. The beach is at the end of our street.



Getting Around:

No need for a vehicle while in Manzanita unless you would like to travel to adjacent towns. Everything is walkable.



Interaction with Guests:

We are an established local management company that is available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. We are here when you need us! We can be reached during office hours 7 days a week from 9am to 5:30pm. We also have an after hours team for those things that can not wait till the next day.
