The location was great and a quick walk to the beach. The house was clean and fully stocked with everything we could have needed. Beds were extremely comfortable.

The location was literally one block from the beach access and town. The duplex was fresh and tidy. Well supplied for our needs. Love a washer/dryer at the beach. Easy parking.

The place was very comfortable and in the best location which was a block from town and from the beach. It had a great outdoor space for us and our dogs. We enjoyed coffee on the porch, puzzles on the table and a cozy fire in the fireplace.

in their description they said they provide a well-stocked house, not totally believing that I brought a lot of paper towels and toilet paper etc. just in case. to my delight it was so well stocked. I had to cart all my stuff back home LOL. the only creature comfort item I can think of that was missing, would be an ottoman or something for me to stretch out and put my feet on while watching TV.All in all, it's a delightful comfortable place to stay and literally 3 minutes from the ocean, one block.

This was a great spot super walkable to everything in town and the beach! My recommendation is to keep the windows open upstairs at night since the heat will rise and it gets warm in summer. The door code had been reset for from our lock instructions but they handled it super quick to get it fixed so we can get in. Everything was in order for cleanliness, except there was a little bit of leftover crab in the sink which we had to clean up. Would definitely recommend and stay again though!

Great place to stay for a relaxing trip right by the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Super location, so close to the beach! It had a well stocked kitchen and outdoor grill- we enjoyed cooking there. Appreciate the fully fenced yard for our dog and having a garage to put our golf clubs and paddle boards. Love this location, easy to walk to get to stores, restaurants and beach. It is on our list of places to come again and stay.

Pleasant return to Manzanita

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time we stayed at this place, now under Sunset to Sunset management. There have been a lot of improvements to the property since last time, including new floors, a new outdoor deck, replaced carpeting and updated furniture. The location is unbeatable: one block from the beach and two blocks from Laneda (the main commercial street).

Close to the Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A very cozy retreat near the beach! Amenities were charming and useful. We enjoyed being able to use a real fireplace, which provided a special atmosphere!Kitchen was was equipped, all the beds were comfortable and it was short walk to the beach. Manzanita is still an enjoyable place to say compared to other locations on the Oregon Coast, which have become way too crowded! We hope it stays this way.... And we hope to visit Sunny Chalet again soon!

Sunny chalet in Manzanita

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Sunny Chalet was great and met all our needs. Everything was in very good condition and the house had very appropriate furnishings. The location of the property was also very good. It was a block from the beach and somewhat outside the very busy part of the main street. I appreciated the cleanliness of property and tried to leave it the same way I found it. There was an information book with plenty of information about how to enjoy the area, shops and restaurants. We really did not need any further assistance from customer service. I would definitely recommend Sunny Chalet to a family member or friend. The experience could be improved by upgrading the quality of the two twin beds in one of the bedrooms.
