Niveau principal à aire ouverte, spacieux 5 chambres + sous-sol avec plus de 10 lits et bureau / boudoir, 4 salles de bain, véranda et terrasse avec vue sur le lac, buanderie, sous-sol complètement aménagé idéal pour se divertir, garage attenant pour 2 voitures, boue chambre, cave à cèdre.

Environ. 200 'de façade sur l'eau sur le populaire lac Big Silver pour toutes vos activités. Très bien situé - des tonnes de loisirs de la région. De nombreux équipements supplémentaires. Profitez de l'un des meilleurs lacs du Wisconsin avec une magnifique plage orientée à l'est pour une opportunité de bronzage précoce pendant la journée. Un court trajet en bateau vers le célèbre Silvercryst Supper club.

Profitez de la péninsule de Chicago Point Road, avec la rue sans issue privée des routes très fréquentées pour la paix et la tranquillité. Les clubs de golf sont trop proches, le club de souper en bateau est trop amusant, le lac et les loisirs complets avec de longues heures de ski sont trop pratiques la maison est trop grande, l'accès à l'eau et à la maison est trop facile pour les personnes âgées, tout est trop beau pour jamais réserver une autre maison au bord du lac! Pourquoi s'installer quand on peut tout avoir?

Profitez de la belle eau du lac Silver, il est beau fond de sable et n'est PAS envahissant et peu profond comme le lac Irogami

Fun, relaxing weekend

We stayed here with a group of 9 people and everyone fit perfectly. There was more than enough space and the house worked out great. We also rented the pontoon boat and really enjoyed the beach area. Overall we had a great stay!

Family vacation, amazing home and amenities for every person that stayed! Great location and the home was perfect. Family really enjoyed renting the pontoon boat for the week. Will definitely consider renting again in the future!

Team Getaway

I brought my cross country team to stay here and it was exactly what we wanted, needed, and had imagined. Great location, very easy check-in and check-out, and perfect vibes! I was pretty nervous about bringing 19 college kids to stay in a lake house... but little minnows provided enough space for us to be together when necessary and for everyone to have some alone time! The property is beautiful and even without renting the pontoon, there were plenty of fun things to keep us occupied! Everyone enjoyed every minute of the trip.

Perfect for a larger group!

House is perfect for a large group. We had 17 ladies and had plenty of beds for everyone. House was clean and had everything we needed. Owner was very accommodating and quick to respond to our questions. Would definitely recommend this home!

Wonderful Family Extended Weekend

The entire family, age 18 months to 60 plus had an amazing time at this wonderful home on the water. Lots of swimming, kayaking, canoeing and water fun. Enjoyed S’mores and a bald eagle that appeared to be nesting nearby. There was plenty of room for our large family. A wonderful place to make family memories!!! We hope to return.

Wonderful!

The online photos don’t do justice to this very nice vacation home. Our large family had plenty of space to spread out and lots to do both inside and out. The kiddos were delighted to catch panfish from the dock and we had fun tooling around the lake in the pontoon (not included, but rented for a reasonable rate). The beds were comfortable and the views from upstairs were fabulous. We hope to return again soon.

80th birthday celebration

Our group of 16 wanted to celebrate my grandmas 80th birthday by renting a house on a lake. The home and hosts exceeded our expectations for our family. The home had plenty of space, all the utensils needed for our meals and VIEWS! We rented the pontoon which was spectacular and our visit to the local supperclub was fantastic. Even though it rained an wntire day of our stay, we had plenty to do in this home! The kids absolutely loved the 'putting' green in the screened in porch and the bar downstairs met the adults needs. The hosts had impeccable communication during the planning and stay, I would highly encourage you to book your stay with them!!

Great location for a family get together

What a great home and location for an extended family get away. The house is very spacious and easily accommodated our group of 15. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, pots and pans. It was nice to have a large kitchen table, outdoor deck table and a covered patio with a table. Plenty of space to eat and for games. The lake was very clean and it was fun to swim and fish off the pier. (The kids must have caught over 50 fish off the pier in 3 days!). It’s a great addition to be able to rent the boat as well. We will definitely be back.

The host was amazing. Johnny on the spot with any questions we had. Answered within minutes. Very impressed. Only downfall was the parking for a house that holds 24. We had to find alternative parking for our extra cars. We were told at the boat Landing told, no overnight. The house had everything we needed, plenty of towels and kitchen stuff. Convenient location. Quiet area.

Lots of fun for adults and kids alike!

We had a beautiful week on the lake! The weather was awesome and we decided to rent the pontoon boat last minute and we are so glad that we did. Nick was awesome to work with and so was the property manager, Lisa. There was great communication and the house was perfect for a large group. We loved the outdoor space, fishing off the dock (caught quite a few!), and the quietness of the lake. The big bedroom space on the lower level was awesome for all of the cousins. We loved that there were extra refrigerators in the garage and we even enjoyed a nearby sandy beach on Morris Lake where the kids loved looking for snails, fish, and shells. Thank you so much for helping us make great memories! This is a beautiful property.

Nice house on a beautiful lake

All in all, a nice place. We were there after peak season, and the house seemed a bit "weathered" after what I'm sure was a very busy summer. A bit more attention to cleaning was needed for our needs, but it still is a large, spacious house and we enjoyed ourselves. Nice place for a large group. The pontoon boat was awesome, but outside water equipment was not in good shape, and even if the weather had cooperated, we wouldn't have used them. Nick was readily accessible by text, and was very attentive to an unforeseen issue that was fixed in a timely manner.

Very disappointed that the pontoon boat we count on for a successful vacation broke on the third day and was never fixed. Owner refunded half of the money we had paid for the boat but that did not make up for our ruined vacation.

It is the perfect property for large families to have everything they need

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The location is unbeatable. You can not find a place this big on a private dead end road, on the most popular lake in the area. The supper club on the lake gives great opportunity for lake living at it's best. My family still enjoys going on the boat fishing as a family, stopping in at Silvercryst and having drinks and dinner. The kids fish off the pier as we listen to the band at the supper club and then enjoy a boat ride to the cabin. Every night is the best night!!!
