My 2 daughters and I came to AMI for a quick weekend at the beach before school starts. The location and cleanliness of this house was perfect! We will definitely stay here again! The management company was also great with communication.

We loved our stay here!

We loved our stay here! The place was the perfect size, it had all of the amenities you would want, and we loved having the beach chairs, toys and wagon. The beds were uncomfortable but that was the only complaint!

Perfect stay!

The unit was convenitly located with great beach access. The only opportunity was the door lock. It presented problems with access because it is either loose or not aligned properly so it would take several attempts to open the door from the outside using keypad. Otherwise perfect stay!!!

Property was great. It was a short walk to beach and trolley stops. Everything was clean and everything we needed to cook in breakfast was available. I would definitely recommend the Property. I would only add that i wish there was an outside hose available to clean off feet and beach items after a day at beach.

The property was amazing!

The property was amazing. It's across the street from the beach, and walking distance to several good restaurants. The Wicked Cantina and Koconut Tiki Hut. Seabreeze rentals were top notch. Would definitely use them again.

It was the perfect location. Very clean easily accessible. We had to call the office once someone was there right away and took care of the air conditioner. Would highly recommend this place.

Amenities were very good. The unit was very clean- I think it was the cleanest we've ever had! We were happy to see more towels and washcloths than we usually get.

Excellent Service!

The customer service and attention to detail that Seabreeze delivers is second to none. A very clean rental and nice touches (freshly laundered blankets, paper towels, soap, etc. Any inquiries we had were addressed immediately. This is a very impressive customer centric operation. Nicely done!

The home was nice but very warm when we arrived. The primary bedroom AC was not working and there was a temporary unit in the room that had the intake ductwork taped to the exterior door window. The tape did not hold, so there was hot air coming in from outside. The host responded and sent someone to repair it.

We discovered Anna Maria Island about eight years ago! This place is BUSY now! It is great to see that people are recovering from Helene & Milton. This place was super clean and newly remodeled. It is 20 feet from the main road and LOUD at night from traffic noise. Sleeping is difficult, so bring a noise machine!VERY close walk to the beach! They have a wagon and chairs which is very convenient! Close walk to shops and eateries. Thank you for letting us stay!
