Le côté Dolphin Dance North, situé au 803 Gulf Drive South, est un impressionnant duplex de deux chambres et une salle de bain avec vue panoramique sur le golfe du Mexique.

Cette spacieuse maison de ville peut accueillir six personnes avec un lit queen-size, un lit double et un canapé-lit. Les extras incluent laveuse, sécheuse, magnétoscope, DVD et micro-ondes et accès Internet haute vitesse sans fil avec appels interurbains nationaux gratuits.

Profitez des couchers de soleil depuis les grandes fenêtres en palladium donnant sur la plage. Les améliorations récentes comprennent tous les nouveaux revêtements extérieurs et fenêtres ainsi que les nouveaux lits dans les deux chambres. Great location!

Aside from some hurricane clean up, this unit had great location, great views and cozy comfort. Some interior updates are needed but not an issue when that white sand beach 30 feet away is calling!

Anniversary stay

It was very nice for a Anniversary get away. The sun rise and the sun sets were just beautiful. The sound of the waves hitting the shore , so relaxing , with the beach across the street. We were very satisfied.

A great place to stay. Traveled with someone with limited mobility and the location of property was ideal for accessing the beach and local venues with ease.

A couple of unwanted Palmetto beetles, furniture warn, but in all, would stay again, great spot for beach people and very short walk to waterfront tiki bar.

Perfect location!

It was wonderful. Couldn’t ask for a better location. Perfect for what we needed and so glad they could accommodate my dogs. Company was also easy to work with.

Did not stay at the property

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Asked property owner for a credit to reschedule vacation due to the named Storm in the area. He did not. So we lost $1500.

Adequate...but nothing special.

4 or 5 issues (a few minor and a couple major) were found upon arrival and some were handled the following day. Cleanliness was sketchy, at best, as the No. side of the duplex had not been updated. Property management was excellent in their handling of the situation and communication with them was great. Unfortunately, we were called away for a family emergency after only 2 days there so I don't know if the major issues were taken care of or not. If we were to return we would request the So. side of the duplex (updated) but not the No. side. again.

Great Views!

Good place to stay and a great location! Looking out from the unit you get a beautiful view of the Gulf. If you are looking to spend your vacation on the beach you cannot beat this location. This unit is just across the main road from the Cortez Beach and the Gulf and maybe a mile walk down the beach to Coquino Beach. Plus it is only a couple blocks from the shops and restaurants on Bridge street. It has two nice bedrooms up stairs that share a full bathroom in-between the rooms. A nice big great room on the first floor with the kitchen and TV area and a half bath. The washer and dryer set are cumbersomely stuck in a close that connect to both units in this duplex condo. But at least you have a laundry to take advantage of. Although I could see from the website pictures there was no balcony or pool I did miss having one or some place to sit and enjoy the outside and access to a pool for my wife.

The vents in the condo had not been cleaned in a while. Couldn't use the kitchen for that main purpose. Too many stairs and while there on Wednesday at 5 p.m. came down to go to dinner and my windshield in my car was cracked from some debree since it had set there for two days and not been used. Wouldn't tell anyone about the property. TV's could not be used, except for news and thats not for a vacation.

Wasn’t as pictured, pretty sure the pics were of a different house… was quite smaller than pics on line showed… that wasn’t too big a deal .. but walls here and there are dirty or scuffed up looks not really run down but not nice as exspected… most the lack of an upstairs A/C was biggest downfall.. it stayed good 4-5 warmer upstairs…Was not happy about that! Downstairs bathroom walls was dirty , need cleaned! And need an instruction sheet on how to once turn on TVs,’to get the cable to work.. I mean we figured it out but took a bit

Lack of Luster

When we arrived we noticed a lot of the sinks fixtures door handles were all rusted the floors were sticky and the only thing updated was the kitchen. There were no instructions on how to operate the Tv's, the TV remotes had their batteries in backwards. The TV in one of the bedrooms did not work We pulled glassware out of the cupboard that still had baked on food on it and there was holes in the walls and peeling paint.

Poor clean

Location was good. Inside: The carpet is disgusting. The vacuum doesn't work and no broom to be foundHad to mop the tile because it was not cleaned well. Additionally, the grout in several areas look black.Shower handle falls of shower and toilets need a much deeper clean. Black grime seen on shower enclosure and inside toilet wherebwater comes out Stove bake temp increase/decrease doesn't work. Fridge ice dispenser only works on crush setting and water barely comes out. Not a big deal but shows lack of maintenance. Couches are extremely dirty and old . YuckWalls are filthy Washer fixed. Thank you TV in 2nd bedroom doesn't work with cable. ?instructions not to be found.

Great sunset view!

Great location! Short walk to the beautiful beach. The construction going on took away from the beauty & charm of AMI, but still do-able. The larger bedroom pictures show a sofa, in which we thought was the sofa bed, it was not. It would have worked out well for our grandkids. (The sofa bed is in the living room). Our toaster was broken and the grill was out of propane, but a simple text message to IVP and they took care of it right away. Our door lock code system was not working correctly, so we went to the office and got keys, instead of using the code. There was an issue with the TV/Wi-Fi in the South unit, but the box was in our unit (North) so we had to have someone available or have maintenance at our unit, 3 times during our stay, which did make us a bit uncomfortable. The washing machine had some issues (occasionally) with filling with water, but not washing, draining and spinning, just before we left. I notified IVP of the issues but uncertain if is was corrected or not. The smaller bedroom is pretty small and closet space is tiny. Not very useful for hanging clothes. There were plenty of bath towels, wash cloths, beach towels and dish towels. We had to purchase our dish cloths, there were none in the unit. The sharp knives were very dull and there were limited amount of butter knives. Plenty of other utensils as well as dinnerware. Other than Red Tide happening, we did have a good time at Dolphin Dance N. If a renter has a problem or question, IVP will try to help you as soon as they can. Pete and Sue m Minnesota

Nice Location... but

Reviewer Comments: This was a good location for beach access a just a step over the road. We would rent again if we only need a place to sleep but not at Spring break. It was spring break the week we were there so there was a constant traffic jam during the day and it was pretty noisy at night. I am sure it would have been fine if outside of spring break. Bedrooms were small and closet door in master was off it’s hinges so I used the 2nd bedroom and my husband lived out of his suitcase. We found the bed uncomfortable as we like a firm bed and the master bed had a fairly old mattress with a memory foam topper. If you like a soft bed I am sure it would have been fine. Linens/towels were all clean and plenty of them. Only one small full bath upstairs which is attached to both bedrooms, so if just one family were using the unit it would probably be fine. If 2 couples rent this you will need to be good friends! Rest of our party had a house on the beach 5 mins walk away and we spent a lot of our time with them and only used this place as somewhere to sleep and make an occasional meal. If you like to sit out and grill and chill this would not be the place for you. There was a grill and some outside chairs but they were at ground level right near the road so given the traffic it would have been unpleasant.They did supply dish soap, dish towels and a few dishwasher pods but the dishwasher did not work very well and we ended up having to had wash. No salt/pepper or other spices or condiments were provided so make sure you pack some if using the unit.

Vacation didn’t start well. We didn’t arrive until 9:30. We were traveling from Massachusetts. When we got there it was completely dark. We had to climb a substantial number of steps in darkness which I didn’t realize when I booked. When I tried the code I was given it didn’t work. Thank goodness for the flashlight on my phone. I searched for the number to call and finally reached someone. After sometime they realized the lock had been changed recently. Why did they change the code!!! It was a very long day - like I said not a good start. The only good thing I can say is it’s a great location right across from the beach. It’s a short walk to Bridge street which has restaurants and shops. The place needs a good cleaning. Only the bare minimum has been done for years. To start with the sink faucet had gunk on it as did the drain- really gross. I called for cleaning supplies to at least clean some things rather than wait for someone to come. There wasn’t even a broom. I can’t believe someone wrote what a great place and how clean it was. I washed things I would use and set aside. I bought water and ice because even though the refrigerator ice/water the filter needed to be replaced. The whole place feels dirty. The filter needs to be replaced for the AC. I can’t believe the dust in the vent. I’ve never stayed in a place this dirty. The mattresses are so uncomfortable. They need to be replaced. Didn’t sleep well at all. As for amenities there was a washer/dryer that was broken the two weeks we were there. It was never fixed when we left. No blender, pot holder (my daughter brought one), had one rusty cookie sheet. Nothing but the bare minimum. Had a great time though. First time to AMI but if I come back I’ll be more careful where I rent and with who. The owners need to do something about years of neglect. You can’t expect to collect this kind of money and not provide services- like a clean place.

Great Location - Little Dirty

Staying at this property had it's pros and cons, but overall, we enjoyed our stay. When we first pulled up, the kids loved that the house was "on stilts" and it gave the property a very keys vibe. We walked up the stairs, opened the door (keyless entry) and walked in. We noticed that the furniture was a little outdated. Nothing was broken but the couches were a little beat up and some of the chairs around the kitchen table were wrapped in plastic and others had ripped plastic. The kitchen looked to be newly renovated and came fully stocked with pots and pans, cups, plates, etc. Basically had everything we needed for the week long stay. As we made our way up the stairs it was a little disheartening. The walls were scuffed up with black marks and the exit sign that was at the base of the stairs was broken and gave off a "motel" vibe. We got upstairs to see the bedrooms and the walls in the bedrooms weren't much better. More scuffs and the ceiling in the master bedroom had multiple water stains. The bedrooms, both decent sized, came with a bed, a dresser and a closet. The Master had a queen size bed with a small sitting area off to the left which left it feeling spacious. Each bedroom had a TV, given they were VERY small. (12 inch TV's) from the 80's. We didn't use the TV's upstairs much so it really didn't impact the trip much. One of the absolute highlights of the trip was the beds. I don't think I have ever slept so well on a vacation. At first I thought it was because I was out in the sun so much, but after 2-3 nights I realized the mattresses are just incredibly comfortable!! If that mattress fit in my car, I probably would've taken it home. haha The bathrooms were basic, but all we needed. I think the biggest selling feature of this house is the location. We picked this house primarily because you can walk out of the door and within 30 seconds be on the sand. Bradenton beach is gorgeous. We spent 7 days there and every single day we were at the beach. The sand is soft, the water is warm and much calmer than the east coast waters. There were days when I would walk downstairs and find my wife just staring out of the giant window in the front just watching the waves crash against the shore. Also, Bridge street is only a 7 min walk. Coffee, Donuts, Restaurants, Live Music, Mini Golf, an shopping is all right there! All in all, the location/space is great, it just needs some TLC. Would rent again if it was updated/cleaned.

A beach lovers paradise

Such a great location. The beach is right across the street. The sounds of having to cross the street may sound discouraging, but the traffic is very slow and they let you cross as soon as you want to. The unit was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Lots of stairs, but that was a good thing after eating all the good food in the area.The village is within a short walking distance with a lot of good eateries and entertainment. There is still a lot of storm damage around the area, but things are getting fixed. Bring a flashlight, because there aren't any streetlights when walking back to the unit. We used our phones, but could have used more light. We plan to stay there again next year.
