The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed and smart TV for private movies. The third bedroom includes double bunk beds, creating a fun and cozy space for kids or friends, as well as an additional desk workspace. Both bathrooms in the home are designed with comfort and convenience in mind, featuring shower-tub combos, making it easy to rinse off and unwind after a day of exploring.

The entire property is yours to enjoy! Please note that the garage and a few closets are being used for storage for supplies for the rental that are locked to guests.

Overlook JT is located in the south Joshua Tree neighborhood of Monument Manor - one of the most desirable neighborhoods in the Joshua Tree area. Located right outside of the West Entrance of the National Park, Monument Manor is famous for its breathtaking vistas of the area’s signature jagged boulder mountains and desert flora.

Getting Around:
Please note that Overlook JT is in a remote location, and the last mile to the home are dirt roads, so please take it slow. The dirt roads are maintained, and a four-wheel drive car is not necessary, but please note that the dirt road conditions vary and may have large bumps and ruts, particularly after rainstorms.

A personal vehicle is necessary; rideshare apps are not guaranteed in this area.

Please make sure to follow our directions to the house, as following GPS may take you on roads that are not maintained.
