Formed from two neighboring residences, a spacious 3BR/2BA front residence and a cozy 1BR/1BA rear residence, this rare combined offering is perfect for large groups of family and friends. Enjoy the gorgeous Newport Harbor scenery from one of three outdoor living spaces, or take a short stroll to the nearby oceanfront and boardwalk.
FRONT RESIDENCE
LIVING/DINING AREA:

DUE TO THE TYPICALLY MODERATE COASTAL CLIMATE, THIS HOUSE - LIKE MOST IN THE AREA - DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING.
LINENS:
All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning and linen fee and are neatly prepared for your arrival.
EXTRA SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS: To fulfill the maximum occupancy, 3 twin trifold floor mat (best suited for children) along with extra linens/pillows are provided. A twin rollaway bed can be rented in lieu of the mat, if desired. Make arrangements with our office in advance to ensure delivery in time for your arrival.
PARKING:
There is one designated parking space on the right side of the garage. Enter using the garage door keypad code and please keep the garage door closed at all times. Small to mid-size vehicles are recommended. Additional or larger vehicles may use available street parking, both metered and unmetered.
LAUNDRY:
Laundry facilities can be accessed through the garage or the first door on the left from the courtyard. Guests must provide their own laundry supplies.
RECREATIONAL GEAR:
Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: large ice chests, wagons, Pack n Play portable cribs, and portable high chairs, rollaway twin beds, etc. Contact us for more information!
PETS:
One dog is permitted in the front residence with prior written approval. Breed and weight restrictions apply. Please note that the rear residence DOES NOT allow pets.
CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
SECURITY EQUIPMENT:
This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensuring compliance with local ordinances.
