The cozy bedroom features a comfortable king sized bed, while the hallway offers bunk beds and living room includes a Queen sofa bed. Sleeps 5. Towels and bedding provided. Washer and Dryer included in the condo unit. Full kitchen with pots, pans, plates, cups and full size refrigerator.

Just a short 3 to 5 minute walk to the beach. We think our place will help you experience everything Panama City Beach has to offer.

Welcome to Horizon South, located less than 3 miles from Pier Park, this gated family-friendly community puts you in a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere with loads of entertainment options. Amenities include 4 outdoor pools (1 heated seasonally), hot tub, tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, onsite minigolf, and much more! Our unit includes tennis rackets, golf balls, and mini golf putters that can be used within the Horizon South amenities.

We all hate surprises. Even more so when it involves an additional expense. Our goal is to be as transparent as possible, as you plan your vacation. The Horizon South Resort requires all guests pay for a required parking pass and required guest wrist bands. This is not specific to our Happy Place 74B listing. These are resort requirements. These charges are paid by you directly to Horizon South. These charges are not collected within the VRBO listing. For your convience a link will be provided within one week prior to arrival. You will be able to pay in advance or at check-in. Please see House Rules and/or provided notes for detailed information.

You’ll have access to all pools, hot tub, gym, and community amenities! Beach access is just for guests of our community and one other resort.

Other things to note:

Upon check-in, visit the main office to obtain required parking pass and mandatory wristbands. These fees are paid by the guest directly to Horizon South. This listing does not collect for these mandatory parking passes and required wristbands.

All guest 6 years or older are required to wear a wristband. All vehicles must display a valid parking pass hanging from the rearview mirror.

Wristband prices: $20.00 per wristband for 10 days or less. $40 per wristband for 10 days or more.

Vehicle Parking Pass prices: $25.00 each for 10 days or less or $50 each for 10 days or more

Trailer Parking Pass prices: $40.00 and is good for only 10 days.

Guest will pay these directly to Horizon South. This VRBO listing does not collect for these required charges.

**No Golf Carts or Golf Cart Rentals are allowed on premises for guests.
