Want to stay on the West Side? This is it. Family friendly and close to everything you want and need. Come stay with us at Peachtree Place II - right across from Splash. Ground floor, end unit, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. Parking lot right outside with ample parking. No dealing with parking decks and walking milesto get to your car.Nice living area looking out the window to the pool - - which is only steps away. Dining area and reading nook. Enjoy a Queen bedroom with plenty of space to stay for a week or more and bathroom right outside the bedroom door. Spacious master bedroom with king size bed. Double vanity sinks, large closet and separate toilet/shower room. Relax inside in the beach inspired condo, rock in the rocking chairs right outside the door, relax and watch the kids splash around in the pool, enjoy the gazebo and grilling area, or take a quick 5-minute walk to the beach right across the street. Close to Pier Park and all the shopping and restaurants it has to offer. Frank Brown Park close by too. Ready to leave the real world behind for a little while and get your relaxation on? Come stay with us! Non-smoking unit and NO PETS.

Most convenient beach place I have stayed.

This is the place! From very short walk to beach to clean pool to quiet area and everything you need except food, this place has it. Clean good communication and very nice inside also.

Great quiet location

Great quiet location close to the action and even closer to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay. It was my first time using VRBO and between this unit and this owner, my experience couldn't have been any better.

Girls Trip

We stayed at this property for a nice relaxing time away from the chaos of everyday life. We absolutely loved this property! Very roomy, clean, and comfortable.

Beach

Enjoyed staying at Mrs. Griffins condo, w my wife and I had a great time, a little bit of a walk to the beach but other than that everything was perfect, the condo is updated and very nice probably the nicest place we’ve stayed. Thanks again Mrs griffin

The condo was nice and clean. The pool area has a little to be desired and the condo was a little too far from the beach access.

Perfect location!

I can’t say enough good things about our stay! The location was perfect, close to Pier Park and a short walk to the beach! It was also nice to have the pool right outside our front door. Check in was easy, the property manager was great and responded quickly when we needed to adjust our stay dates. Everything was clean and the apartment was so nice! We plan to book again in the future!

Our stay was perfect! Our air unit went out our 2nd night but our host, Kim, contacted someone immedietly who came out & fixed it the next morning! Walking distance to the beach & the pool is right out the door.

The condo was everything it said it would be. Clean, quiet, convenient, and lovely. 10/10, highly recommend. Absolutely loved being so close and in walking distance to and from the beach. It was all of a 5 min walk if that. There were nearby places to eat so the location was very convenient. And it was quiet, everyone respecting quiet hours, and friendly. I would definitely come again.

I have previously stayed at the Peachtree Place 2 but not in this condo!! Everything was great…comfortable beds, beautiful and modern decor…the list goes on and on. Thanks so much Kim, we will be back!!!

Great PCB location, super clean

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. Pictures do not do it justice. Super clean, well equipped, steps from the pool and close to Beach. The only thing I couldn’t find that I needed was some cooking knives. So if that’s all it didn’t have I’d say pretty dang good. If we go back to PCB this would be our first choice.

Will never stay in a high rise condo on the beach again!

This was perfect! I never thought about staying across the street from the beach before....but this condo has changed my mind! Ground level, park right behind unit to unload/load vehicle. No waiting on an elevator or circling parking lot to find a spot. This was absolutely the easiest access we have ever rented & over joyed with our experience. :)

Amazing

This property is on the quiet side of Panama City. A very short walk to the beach access across the street. The condo is just as described and very well stocked with towels, blankets, kitchen essentials etc. We had a great time and enjoyed the pool right across from the condo. We highly recommend this condo with all its space. Kim the owner was very helpful and easily to contact when we needed. We cannot wait to go back!!!
