Imaginez-vous entouré de vert émeraude et les eaux bleu saphir et ayant sucrée scrunch de sable blanc entre vos orteils. Ceci est de Panama City Beach, l'une des meilleures destinations de vacances cachés de la Floride. Panama City Beach est l'une des plus belles plages du monde, avec plus de vingt-sept miles de beauté époustouflante le long du golfe du Mexique.

Ce condominium est situé au quatrième étage. Il ya une laveuse et une sécheuse dans l'unité. Ce condo a été remodelé pour offrir une atmosphère confortable et accueillant pour tous les invités! La chambre principale privée dispose d'un lit king size confortable avec un espace de tiroir et un placard. Un fer à repasser, planche à repasser, et sèche-cheveux est fourni pour votre commodité. Un grand espace de lit superposé est situé dans le hall pour personne supplémentaire pour se reposer après une journée bien remplie à la plage. Il ya aussi un canapé-lit que client peut utiliser pour se reposer et se réveiller à une belle vue sur la plage! Tous les draps fins sont nettoyés sur une base régulière. Nous avons une salle à manger qui pourra accueillir jusqu'à quatre invités et un espace bar qui siégera jusqu'à deux invités. La cuisine est équipée d'un micro-ondes, grille-pain, mixeur, cuisinière / four, machine à glaçons, réglage de la place pour huit, ustensiles de cuisine et des bols pour servir un délicieux repas après une chaude journée sur la plage. Pour votre plaisir de visionnement, nous avons fourni un câble TV / DVD / magnétoscope et une vidéothèque. Livres et romans sont prévus pour le temps tranquille pour lire sur la plage, ou tout simplement jeter sur le canapé ou d'un balcon pour se détendre. Jeux de société sont fournis pour le temps de la famille particulière et de la concurrence. Il ya un téléphone dans la tanière et la chambre principale à utiliser si vous souhaitez accrocher autour du condo et faire appel à de la pizza ou faire des réservations pour le dîner. Ceci est la parfaite condo à louer! Vous serez très proche de fabuleux restaurants, le shopping fantastique, et de grands restaurants de la région. Il est à distance de marche de Signal Hill Golf Club et bien plus encore! Sommet dispose de deux piscines, un, deux piscines pour enfants chauffées, bar Tiki près de la piscine, sur le site du service de plage, bains à remous, salon de beauté, salle de jeux, sauna, salle d'exercice, des courts de tennis, jet-skis, et des vagues coureurs, tout droit sur place.

DÉSOLÉ ANIMAUX NO et NO SMOKING dans la maison ou sur le balcon! Ce condo est nettoyé par les propriétaires pour assurer à chaque client une unité propre et rafraîchissante pour leur séjour.

Convenient. Great view. Nice amenities

Great location, nice amenities including a heated pool, 2 hot tubs, and a tiki bar. The room itself was a bit small for our family, but there’s 6 of us. And 3 are teens. Perfect for the price.

Awesome Stay

We had an awesome stay. Condo was roomier than I thought it would be. Balcony was a good size. The Summitt itself was a really nice place. Everyone was happy. The amenities are great- from the Tiki Bar to Bikini Bobs. They even have an air compressor for your rafts, etc. on the walkway to the beach. The wait for the elevators was not a problem. Only a few times we had to wait a little longer, like during checkin on Saturday but in reality that wait was less than 5 minutes.

Winter getaway

This unit is decorated so cute with the latest farmhouse decor and colors. My main complaint would be there's only a sofa to sit on except the dining table chairs. King bed is comfy. Steve was very prompt to reply any time i asked a question!

Spring Vacation

WE attended a destination wedding in another southern stat and from there travelled to Panama City Beach to enjoy 9 days of Florida sun. The condo was very clean and had all the modern appliances including a washer & dryer. Beautiful view of the beach and very comfortable king size bed. Great spot and our host was very accessible as we had a couple of questions. Resort right on the beach so very convenient for sun & surf.

Wonderful Unit

We really enjoyed our stay in this unit(406). It was wonderfully decorated. It was stocked with everything from pots and pans and other dishes to cleaning supplies. I really can't say enough about this unit. However, my family and I will be staying in this unit as often as possible.

Honest review

Our group stayed in this condo from March 15th-22nd and we were immediately disappointed. For the past 4 years, we have stayed at the Summit but in a different condo and have never had the trouble we had with this condo and the host. To start, the condo was dirty when we got there. The dishwasher was filled with dirty dishes, dirt/sand all over the floor to where our feet were black (we understand we are at the beach, but it had not been swept/cleaned from prior booking), sponges at sink had food all over, mirrors dirty, etc. The pullout couch is broken unless you want to sleep upright, you are unable to lay flat so it is extremely uncomfortable. We contacted Steve and he just kept saying “it works fine for everyone else”. The ice maker gave out brown pieces of ice and was leaking down into the fridge. We had a group of 6 and were only given 4 bath towels in the beginning. However, we asked and someone brought us some. There are no dressers so don’t expect to unpack clothes. The condo said it provided a blender, it did not. The host told us that if we went out and bought a blender that he would pay us back. He kept telling us that he paid us back, but we did not receive money until after we left. Steve said that people sometimes take things, which is understandable, however he should check for missing items prior to having new guests. This condo is EXTREMELY outdated and has decor covered in dust. The price is cheap for a reason, would not recommend staying here!

Perfect little condo!

We very much enjoyed our 6 night stay in this condo! The decor was so cute and the condo was clean! Steve, the property manager, was very quick to answer all of our questions and provide any needed information. The Summit was a blast to stay in between the pool area that had FOUR pools, and easy access to the beach. They even had live music a few nights that we could either enjoy from our balcony or chill by the pool and listen to. We also felt very safe as security was everywhere you looked, making sure there was no funny business. Full disclosure, there is additional charge upon check in for bracelets and parking pass. This was $20 for us. Overall, we were VERY pleased with our stay!

Great location and condo!

We loved the Summit condo. Owner had great communication with us the entire time. He notified us that the dryer in the unit was messing up and he had planned a repair man to come. While it was inconvenient to have to walk down to the laundry mat on the first floor, I understand that it was out of his hands and he did communicate everything to us. We even had trouble figuring out how to start the washer at first so he had someone run up and help us. So that was great! The view was spectacular. The condo was clean, the beds comfortable. We would for sure rent this unit again! We love PCB!

I waited a week to post review . . .

I waited a week to post a review so I wasn't just reacting hastily. Cute decor, most was non functional or broken. We stepped in to a fishy smell all over the condo, most likely coming from under the kitchen sink. It appeared to have an ongoing and very old leak from somewhere. Gnats were swarming the kitchen the entire time we were there. I called the landlord within minutes of getting in the property because there was a pile of dirty rugs and other items on one of the balcony chairs and because I had to purchase a parking pass and arm bands for the property and I didn't see this in the description anywhere. I told him the condo was dirty and that I would clean what needed to be cleaned, but he did offer to send cleaning staff back, but it was almost 6pm, so I really didn't want to deal with that. I got to disinfecting the kitchen and realized some ice from our cooler had dropped on the floor and was melting. When I wiped it up off the floor my paper towel was disgusting. I was barefoot so I checked my feet and they were BLACK! I had only been in the condo for about 15 minutes! I wore shoes inside for the rest of our stay. When I pulled the covers back to go to bed that night there was a big ball of hair on my sheet. Needless to say we were both ready to go somewhere else even though we had already paid here. The bathtub had sharp edges where enamel was cracking off. Beach setup was fantastic, pools looked amazing. Spa looked moldy. Cats were fun to watch on the grounds.

Amazing condo, view and host

Zero complaints. We stayed this week with me my fiancé and our 4 daughters ages 15, 11, 7 and 5 months and our stay was nothing short of amazing. Perfect view on the 4th floor and the cutest condo. I adored the decor as it’s my farm house type style. Absolutely adorable. The condo over all had everything we needed. We did need to purchase more toilet paper and trash bags but no worries at all we are a larger family. The beds were super comfy. Such a homey cozy condo. You do need your own beach towels. Will definitely book again. Amazing host and commutation. Check in was super easy. Pools were great. There’s even beach chairs set up with an umbrella and jet skis outside the summit at the beach access that you can rent and it’s overall affordable and so convenient especially having an infant. We paid 120 for the chairs&umbrella for 3 days. (They already have them set up outside for you) Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home and we hope to book again next year! 5 star!

Summit PCB

We had a wonderful vacation at the Summit! Steve was very responsive to answering all Of our questions. Despite a busy week and a lot of people around the walls are not thin and we never heard a sound from the neighbors or the pool. The blackout curtains are awesome since we were traveling from different time zones. The bar has amazing signature drinks and security was around at all times so we felt safe. The Summit even has beach wheelchairs we could rent ( just by holding my ID no $) So we could roll my frail Mom to the beach to witness my nieces wedding. A definite surprise we were able to make that happen! Will stay again!

Great location

This unit was perfect for our November get away. Fourth floor provided the perfect ocean view. Loved all the palm trees, heated pool, hot tub, and just being steps from the ocean. Unit was very clean and comfortable and provided everything my husband and I needed. Owner responded quickly to any questions we had. Definitely a good experience.

The only thing good about this condo is the bed. There was no drawer space to put cloths in. The bathroom and the kitchen needs to be redone. I felt like this condo was not clean food between the stove floors need to be mop and swept. The shower needs a new shower curtain it had mold on
