LES PISCINES SONT OUVERTES .; TOUTEFOIS, 1 OU 2 PISCINES PEUVENT ÊTRE FERMÉES À TOUT MOMENT EN RAISON D'UNE ACTIVITÉ DE CONSTRUCTION. LES PLAGES SONT OUVERTES !!!!! L'accès à la plage est situé à chaque piscine. En outre, il y a accès à la plage depuis une porte sur le côté ouest de Pineapple Willy's. Une piscine sera ouverte en tout temps!
Condo en bord de mer, unité au cinquième étage, donnant sur la plus grande des trois piscines et surplombant les plages de sable blanc. Une unité de chambre à coucher une unité de bain. Peut accueillir 4 adultes avec 2 petits enfants. Lit queen-size dans la chambre, un canapé-lit queen-size et une causeuse-lit pleine. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner si tel est votre désir. Le balcon est parfait pour s'asseoir tôt le matin ou tard le soir pour profiter de la belle vue. Le coucher de soleil sur l'océan est spectaculaire. L'unité comprend une télévision par câble à écran plat dans le salon. Le complexe comprend un centre de remise en forme, un court de tennis, un jeu de palets et trois piscines, dont l'une est chauffée. Laveuse / sécheuse est situé au premier étage. Près de tous les bons restaurants (à côté de Pineapple Willy) et des attractions, y compris le parc de la jetée.
Les animaux ne sont pas admis. Doit avoir 25 ans pour louer le condo et doit rester physiquement l'art du condo pendant vos vacances.

Christmas break vacation

Spent four nights here right after Christmas. Everything was great and as it should be. I only had two minor complains and that was the barn style door stuck going into the bathroom from the living room and the floors were a little dirty (like they had been mopped with dirty mop water). Like I said those were minor complaints but I would definitely stay there again.

We stayed at Tony and Lori’s condo at the Sunbird for a week.. Great View of the beach from the balcony kids loved it!!3 pools right on the beach Great value will definitely stay again

Beautiful!!

My family and I absolutely loved this property. It was clean and beautifully decorated. The countertops were beautiful, and the appliances were well maintained. We literally had everything we needed down to aluminum foil and plastic wrap including a toaster. We sat out on the balcony every evening for hours enjoying the view, sound, and breeze off the ocean. I would absolutely stay again!

WONDERFUL

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo was very clean and cozy. Check in was a breeze and the elevators are always available, did not wait for more than 3-5 mins each time. Communication with the owners was was very accessible. We would recommend this property to anyone!

Let me start by saying the place was nice and met all my expectations. The location was good minus the traffic for pineapple willy and the other resort made for long waits in the car. But that doesn’t stop us from enjoying our stay. The hosts were extremely responsive to our messages about any questions and or concerns we had during our stay. If I had any complaint other than traffic that they cannot control it would be the beds in the pull out couches were uncomfortable we ended up purchasing an air mattress instead. I know they arent meant to be comfy but they were super flat and maybe needed updated. Again doesnt effect that we enjoyed our stay and even tried to extend our stay an extra night. We will be back and will recommend to friends and family for the future.

Nice decor. Cleanliness and property atrocious.

The condo had nice decor and was decent, but a lot of issues. I try to find the best in everything, but that was hard to do here.. The room was not very clean at all. Dirty dishes, dishwasher moldy, food crumbs on bed inside pullout couch, all dresser drawers dirty, etc. All sheets and towels smelled like they were dirty covered up with air freshener. I would think for the kind of money people are paying to stay here, this condo would be better taken care of and a lot cleaner, which makes it more welcoming. We booked a 7 day stay. I left more trash bags,toilet paper and paper towels that we purchased than was left for our 7 day stay(2 bags, 1/2 roll of paper towels and 1 roll of tp). That is just the room. I won't even start on the property itself. It has to be the most run down property on the entire beach. This was our 2nd stay in 5 years at Sunbird and we will not return to this property. I would definitely fire whomever is in charge of upkeep and cleaning of this condo and the property.

There was no pool and in the description it stated one pool would be open. And the property was dirty. As we walked to our room their was buggies, trash, and all kinds of stuff outside the door where someone was cleaning out their condo in which could have been threw in the dumpster. I had to buy bug spray to kill mosquitoes that was coming out of the sink. From the time we got their we was killing mosquitoes. And then when I tried to talk with the owners on the phone when we arrived, they couldn’t talk, I simply said ok i understand but someone need to call me first thing that Monday morning. But I didn’t receive a call, so if you knew you had to work the following week they should have took care of business on Sunday. The only way I could get someone to message me was get ugly on the vmail. This is a property I would not recommend. We should have receive some type of refund.

Get away with the kids

This was our first experience with VRBO. We left the condo cleaner than we found it! There was an empty water bottle under the bed, a pile of dust with a beach chair tag behind the nightstand (found while looking for an outlet to charge my cell phone) and a cigarette behind the queen sofa bed. The unit says it sleeps five but there was only one blanket for the sofa beds. Good thing my kids brought their own blankets! The location was great for a first time trip to PCB. The property was messy because of the construction, but we were there to go to the beach....and we did! The beach chairs and umbrella rental included with the condo were great. Of note, there was no first aid kit in the bathroom. Overall, the condo met our needs and we had a great vacation.

Much needed vacation

From the time we arrived till when we left, this was just the vacation I needed. Condo was perfectly located in the midst of everything! Even with the remodeling going on at the complex, it didn't interfere with anything. Unfortunately the pools were not open yet, that just meant more beach/ocean time!! Can't wait to return just sad this unit is booked up thru August! LOL. Wish I could get back that soon. Thanks for letting me enjoy your place!!

Thunder Beach Spring Rally 2021

Rental process was easy, property was well maintained and secure. It's in a great location, convenient to lots of attractions and right on the beach. Condo was clean and adequately supplied. We would definitely stay again.

Great vacation

The place were very clean and the view was great. We had all that we need for our vacation. We didn’t use the sofas bed. We enjoyed a lot the beach and the pool. My kids asked me to go to the pool every day after beach. Despite 3 days of rain we enjoyed to be there. At first we were a little concerned about the VRBO because we had a problem near Christmas Day and new year (the owner canceled our stay a week before our travel and we had to find a horrible place to stay), BUT the owner of this property was really nice and good to work with. He gave us all the directions and orientation necessary for our staying. It was a really smooth ride 😊. Thank you!

We live in Monticello, Georgia at Lake Jackson. Monticello is about half way between Atlanta and Macon, Georgia. Our getaway from day to day life is our condos at Panama City Beach. There is just something about waking up to that spectacular ocean view. We love sharing it with you.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The view of that beautiful white sandy beach with the waves coming in. Having your own private balcony to sit out on watch the activity of the pool right below you while looking out over the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. You might even see a dolphin or two! I love the location of the Sunbird condominiums. Conveniently located to everything, such as, Walmart, restaurants, pier park, and all the wonderful attractions and entertainment. Pineapple Willy's is right next door. The condominium has it's own private gate to access Pineapple Willy's parking lot.
