If you walk along the water, you will see several monuments and landmarks telling the story.
Top attractions include the Alki Beach Park with a golden stretch of sand, gentle waves for kayaking, and a waterfront walkway abuzz with bikers, Rollerbladers, joggers, and families soaking up the scenic views. The nearby Hamilton Viewpoint Park is a prime spot for a picnic with 180 degree views of the Seattle skyline and mountain ranges.
