The Seattle House is a 750 sq ft one bedroom, one bathroom custom built guest house located in West Seattle. Sleeps four with a queen sized bed on the main floor bedroom with smart tv, queen sized bed in loft area accessed via ships ladder and a queen sleeper sofa on the main floor living area with large smart tv and led fireplace. An additional lounge area and view deck is located in a loft space accessed by a "ships-ladder." Easy access to the airport , local West Seattle attractions, and downtown Seattle. Breath taking west-facing views from main floor and view deck.

Seattle hidden gem

I’ve stayed all over west Seattle as I travel here often to visit my grandchildren. This is by far the nicest place I’ve stayed. I loved it.Great location too.

Love this place

I recently enjoyed a wonderful couple of days at this cottage. From the moment I booked, the communication with the host was excellent. The property was exactly as described in the listing, and even better in person.The rental itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. I especially love the balcony overlooking the views of West Seattle and the sound.It provided a relaxing and enjoyable space, and I felt right at home. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and we had no issues whatsoever. We would highly recommend this Vrbo rental to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay for a couple of days. I plan on booking again in the when I’m in town.

Absolutely perfect

This home is absolutely gorgeous. Very well built and beautifully decorated. We felt right at home immediately. The neighborhood feels safe and all in all it was the best trip we have ever had to Seattle. We have family that lives 5 minutes walking distance so I can guarantee we will stay here every time now, and will be back soon.

Darling Gem in West Seattle

This was such a beautiful little staycation love nest for a romantic weekend getaway. Loved the boho style decor and were delighted with the amenities and thoughtfulness. We arrived to soft music and the place smelled amazing. It was raining the whole weekend so we snuggled up with the plush blankets provided and enjoyed the fireplace. There are very steep stairs to an upper level which we only climbed once to see the rainy view. A younger couple would enjoy that area more haha. A short drive to West Seattle destinations. Not much within walking distance but we did brave the weather to get the best teriyaki a few blocks away (shout out to Grillbird). One of our better VRBO experiences.

Super cute, nice finishes, every thing you could want in a rental! Stair/ladder was very steep which ended up keeping our toddler off of it, which was great. Only room for improvement is the shades are all very thin and there’s no shades on the skylights so the loft stays bright throughout the night due to the street lights. Place is on a very quiet street.

Great cozy and quiet spot in West Seattle.

My wife and I stayed here for a week, and the property was very comfortable, clean, and conveniently located. Really appreciated having everything we needed provided for us by our hosts. We will definitely be returning and staying here if the property is available. Thanks so much!

Modern accommodations with a view

Enjoyed our stay and took advantage of the balcony with view at night with some wine. Easy to use Lyft to get to town and take in downtown Seattle.

Guest house was clean, located in a safe area, and had plenty of free street parking. Our hosts were excellent communicators and made it a priority to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The balcony views were spectacular and the family of rabbits in the backyard were entertaining.

Excellent and easy holiday getaway

I have family in Seattle and wanted a place to stay nearby where my college-age daughter and I could be self sufficient. This place felt welcoming, comfortable, high-quality and easy. I was able to cook two holiday dishes while here and contribute to family meals. Bedding was comfortable and we both slept well. I hope to stay here again!!

Fantastic property that is new, light, tastefully designed and decorated, and comfortable. A view of the Sound and the mountains greet you in the morning from the west-facing kitchen window. The communication with the property manager was online only. She was prompt with her responses. Her written instructions in the house were easy to understand.

Calm Within The City

We were beyond impressed with our stay. The home was just as pictured, if not better. Every detail was thought of and it was very clean. We felt safe and comfortable our entire stay. It was a nice landing spot to come back to after long days visiting the nearby National Parks and attractions. We would highly recommend The Seattle House!!

I absolutely loved everything about our stay. The house was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, it was in a safe and cute neighborhood and the house its self was just adorable. Best vacation ever!!

Having been born and raised in Seattle, I was familiar with West Seattle but had no idea how charming and comfortable the community is. The property is located in a beautiful area of West Seattle. Easy to get to downtown Seattle. Manageable commute to the Renton area where my extended family lives. Close to the Fauntleroy ferry. I'm a golfer so being close to West Seattle Golf Course was a bonus. In every respect, it was a wonderful trip, beautiful property and excellent hosts. I would highly recommend. My only issue? My vacation was WAY TOO short!!!

My family of four ended a Pacific NW trip here and it was perfect for us. I appreciate the many thoughtful details provided and the coffee related supplies. The home was well planned and well built. Amazing Amenitites and Great Location

The Junction and the beach are close by. If you like to walk, it's about a mile. Great neighborhood and views of the sound and the mountains. Beautifully decorated with many thoughtful touches to make us feel welcomed. The instructions on how to use all the amenities were appreciated. We enjoyed the coffee shops down by the Junction area. The home is not too far from the Ballard and Fremont areas (about 30 minutes in traffic.)
