*. Camera Disclosure: For security and a smooth check-in process, this property is equipped with an outdoor camera at the front door. The device records video of the exterior entry area only. No indoor cameras are installed.

*. Step Disclosure: Guests only have access to the upper unit. There is one step at the entrance.

*. Noise Disclosure: Please note that there may be guests staying in the basement units, so you might hear some occasional noise.

*. AC Disclosure: There are 3 window AC units in every bedroom. There is no AC in the living room, but fans are provided

*. Parking Disclosure: There is no assigned parking space, however, free street parking is easily available.

*.Backyard access is limited to the downstairs unit only. Upstairs guests do not have access. Much appreciated for the cooperation

*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.

*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.

*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per night.

*. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). As an official partner, these options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.
