Hire a plumber to make toilets flush on first flush, un clog master bath sink left bowl, get hot water to the kitchen sink. Replace the electric range because the current one does not work. Buy a new hair dryer. Hire an interior decorator.

We loved the outside space-pool & beach and the location. The inside of the condo was less impressive although the layout is spacious. We fought with the door lock every day. Luckily there was an extra lockbox with a key. The balcony was covered in bird poop. (Next door bird sanctuary) Lots of little annoyances. (Clocks not set, ice maker was jammed up, microwave only worked on and off, big stains on the couch. Etc)

We loved the location! So easy to get on the beach. The condo was fine. Beds were a little uncomfortable and the linens and blankets can definitely use a refresh. Also the room with the bunk beds also has the washer/dryer in it, which takes up a lot of space.

Great beachfront property!

This location was perfect for those looking to be right on the beach! Property manager was super helpful with any questions we had. It’s a little far from the more lively night life locations but Ubers were quick to arrive. This would be great for groups or family’s looking to soak up some sun with some beach days!

Overall ok stay. Thought our condo was ocean facing and is not. It’s bird sanctuary facing which we knew was next door but not our view. Patio chair was broken and the rest of them very uncomfortable and worn.

Perfect beach!

We read most of the reviews prior to booking and found no issues with the property that were unsettling to us. The property was well equipped perfect location the Beach was fantastic. Pool, hot tub, gas grills at poolside made dinners very enjoyable. This was a relaxed and enjoyable stay! There were nine guests in total. Everyone was comfortable and had ample room to enjoy themselves. Would stay again.

Great Location!

Great location right on the beach! The 1st thing hits you as you walk into the balcony is the bird smell from the next door bird sanctuary but you get used it (or it goes away) quickly. Not having soaps/shampoos in the bathrooms was a new learning experience for me. Overall great experience.

Great access to beach. Nice clean pool and Hot tub.

Had a great time. Great location. Easy access to beach. Water station to rinse off prior to returning which was great for not getting sandy floors in condo. Property is next to a Bird Sanctuary. Enjoyed seeing the birds. As others have stated, at times there is a smell. Never smelled while inside the condo.

Patio furniture is old and uncomfortable. Balcony overlooks the bird sanctuary, which is cool but every once in a while has odors. We couldn’t get the dishwasher to finish a cycle.

Missed the Point

I asked several times if the balcony faced the beach and was told yes. The balcony faced the bird sanctuary and it was noisy and smelly. You couls see the beach if you stood at the edge of the balcony and looked over the mangroves. I needed the balcony because my mother is wheelchair bound and we were going to have her visit us each day an look at the beach. She was unable to do this so we d]were unable to host her. We wasted a lot of money. The apartment itself was great. You folks lied though. First and last time I use this company.

Wrong instructions for access. No contact with owners for an hour.

Started vaca unable to access unit. Totally wrong instructions provided to us. Then no answer from both phone numbers for over an hour. Very frustrating to start holiday like that. Overall nice place. The 3rd bedroom with bunk beds is not made for adults. Washer/dryer in that area. More like a converted utility room. Won’t stay there again.

We chose this condo for the space and having 3 bedrooms. The beds were comfortable and a nice kitchen. As some reviews noted the bird sanctuary was a problem but we had no smell and we liked watching them. The balcony could be a little more spacious if they would put all the beach toys/chairs in a closet and not taking up the corner of the balcony. But it was very nice to have the chairs. We have been in many condos and this was the first that offered no small toiletries and the toilet paper was thinner then tissue paper! Also nice to offer beach towels which should be replaced, ours were torn. The third bedroom had bunkbeds but also had the washer/dryer. No biggie but it would be nice to have doors to close it off. One half of the sliding door was missing and the other half was broke. It just felt like i was sleeping in a utility room. One thing for sure is we felt safe, you need a key to get into just about each and every door.

We did enjoy our stay being so close to the beach and nice pools for kids. Our customer contacts were very helpful when we had to call several times for things not working properly in the condo. The icemaker was totally frozen in the discharge chute which I defrosted myself by pouring hot water through it many times. This type of thing should be checked before tenants enter. The refrigerator had problem cooling and the trash compactor did not work well. However the description made it sound like you could see the beach and ocean from the balcony and you could not. I would like to have known that ahead of time and I would have chosen a different unit. The bird sancturay was noisy and smelly but I did not mind that myself. Others in my party did not like that. We were accommodated with a later checkup because of an emergency situation and very thankful for that. Just wish we had known about the lack of beach and ocean view from balcony.

Rest assured the fridge is working great and produces ice. If it is adjusted to the cold setting, it will cause an issue. - We aim for transparency and our listing and photos are accurately advertised. To ensure that guests are fully aware of the location, photos reflect the views and it shows the ocean! - There are many attractions and places that guests can enjoy nearby that are stated on our listing. We are sorry to hear that the bird sanctuary didn't meet your expectations. It's a huge attraction that many people adore and enjoy, but we understand that everyone's preference varies. This condo has plenty of space for two adults and one child. The location is on the beach and only a short drive to numerous seafood restaurants. The location does have a drawback in that it's located next to a bird sanctuary which has a very distinct smell. We could not enjoy the balcony as a result of the smell. The property managers were easily accessible and very helpful with their answers to our questions. The complex has good security as all building, pool and beach access have code-required locks. Code security made it nice in that we didn't have to carry keys. The biggest downside to our stay was poor housekeeping. We found peanuts on the floor and crumbs in the lower bunk bed from previous renters. The floors were dirty and after 5 minutes of walking barefoot on the tiles, the bottoms of our feet were black from dirt. All three beds had dirty linens with bed sheets having stains. The dryer lint trap had not been cleaned in weeks..maybe even months as the lint was 3/4" thick. Additionally, the foot ottoman was broke for the family room chair. We will not be returning to this property as a result of the bird sanctuary and poor house cleaning.

We use a cleaning service to have the home professionally cleaned before each guest's stay. We wish you had reached out to the Guest Contact during your stay and given us the opportunity to address your concerns, we would have promptly responded and sent the cleaning service back to the home to address your concerns. - We're truly sorry that the closeness of the bird sanctuary had a negative impact on your stay. We do disclose in the listing the distance from our home to the bird sanctuary, and this can also be seen in our listing photos, many of our guests have found this to be a beautiful attraction, but we're sorry if this caught you off guard. Great location by the beach

Pros: By the beach Has a lift with a cart for groceries Had a kitchen , WiFi and two TV’s Cool looking pelican bird outside Hosts were very quick to handle my problems There is a trash shoot on the same floor right in front of the lobby Before entering , enter * then the pin that they email you Condo was right next to the ramp that led to stores and it was also down the street from a 7-11 Cons: AC was locked so we felt cold and hot at times Sheets didn’t feel clean (found beach sand on them) maybe the laundromat machine needs to be serviced or something There was a pelican/bird zoo next door so only at night it would smell so we didn’t open our balcony much . Mornings were good for some reason and we would hear those birds at night while trying to sleep. No trash bin so bring your own trash bags The room on the left of the door only had one bulb working and it was very dark and claustrophobic so we didn’t feel comfortable to utilize that room. Master bedrooms door kept plopping open unless locked also Condo was a 3.5/5 overall , it needed a few things to be touched up to give it a better experience. Chair in living room was comfy but the leg thing was broken so my diabetic dad couldn’t use it.

Great Home Away from Home

The place was amazing! It had everything we needed for our stay. Towels and sheets was all clean! A great week full of awesome memories!!
