Direct and gorgeous beach view from the unit! Sleeps up to 10.

Update 7/14/25 - POOL IS NOW OPEN! Currently, a maximum of 6 guests allowed, due to only one parking space allowed at this time. The hot tub and grills have yet to be restored. Elevator is working! Beach is open. ONLY ONE PARKING SPOT PER RESERVATION! Also, no one can enter the fenced off area or a fine may be assessed! The building's grounds are still in recovery, so there will be construction and extra maintenance taking place at certain times, which may cause noise! The rental rate has been lowered for the possible inconveniences, and no further compensation will be extended for inconvenience or noise.

This stunningly remodeled 3-bedroom 3rd floor condo at Ram Sea #2 has 2 baths, a one car garage in the parking structure under the building, is directly on North Reddington Beach, and has absolutely stunning views of the beach on the private balcony! Ram Sea is located in the quaint little town of North Redington Beach which is centrally located between Pinellas County's award-winning Clearwater Beach and St Pete Beach. Ram Sea's included amenities include a heated beachside pool and a Jacuzzi spa, beach volleyball, tiki huts, and built-in gas barbeque grills to grill your dinner while watching the beautiful sunset! There are Beach concessions that offer cabanas, beach umbrellas, jet skis, sea kayaks, paddleboards, and more, which are not included with the rental. A separate building, Sam Rea #1 is in the process of exterior renovations, which is the building next door, however the renovations should not affect your stay.

The unit has a highchair and pack-n-play for families to use, as well as beach toys for the kids, a cooler, some beach chairs, and a beach umbrella. There is a regular coffee maker, as well as a kuerig style coffee maker, to get you going in the morning! Sorry, no smoking inside the unit is allowed, and no pets allowed. The rental will be supplied with the start up of toilet paper, paper towels, a garbage bag, laundry/dishwasher pod, and it is up to the guest to provide whatever else is needed for the duration of your stay. We can only provide 2 parking spots, one would be in the garage, and the other space is in the lot.

Ram Sea instituted a *Wristband Program* for summer holiday periods. The Wristband Program will be in effect over the 3 summer holidays. Wristbands TO GAIN ENTRY TO THE POOL must be worn on the following days for each holiday period in 2024, WITH A MAXIMUM OF 8 WRISTBANDS SUPPLIED FOR EACH UNIT:

Memorial Day – May 24, 25, 26 and wristbands to be returned at check out on May 27

June 29 through July 6 and wristbands to be returned at check out on July 7

Labor Day – August 30, 31, September 1, 2 and wristbands to be returned at check out on September 3

Toiletries/Essentials - The items below are meant to serve as a START-UP to your stay.

To help you settle in comfortably, we will provide the following essentials:
Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
One roll of paper towels
Hand soap at each sink
Dish soap
A few trash bags for each trash can
A few laundry sheets
Dish detergent and sponge
Ground coffee or coffee pods
Dish towel(s)
In addition, we will provide one full set of bath towels and one beach towel per person, based on the number of guests the home or condo accommodates.

Please note: We do not provide extra supplies during your stay, regardless of its duration. Some of the main items that we DO NOT provide are shampoo, body wash, conditioner, tissues, oils, spices (salt, pepper, etc.), coffee filters, cream or sugar, tin foil.

Check in is any time after 4PM. We cannot guarantee pools will be warm during cold weather months and will not give discounts or refunds should a guest experience cold pool water temperatures.

Please understand what can come with the potential aftermath of a Hurricane. There may be closures of the following, that could possibly last weeks, if not longer: restaurants/shops, roads, certain amenities offered, beaches, Wi-Fi/cable, pools, elevators, etc. Our owners will stand behind their no refund cancellation policy for any of these inconveniences and will not be making anyone the exception. Again, this is why we HIGHLY recommend purchasing good travel insurance. There should be a few policies offered towards the end of your booking process. One of which should allow you to cancel for any reason (CFAR). However, it is important for you, to do your proper research in confirming what exclusions, if any, exist for that particular policy. If none are offered to you, you can always contact another 3rd party travel insurance company. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will also not be options under these circumstances! Hurricane season, again, falls between June 1st and November 30th.

Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter. Should the unit be available for early check-in, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee. Thank you for understanding!

We require the payer of the booking to sign our rental agreement, which insures the guest instructions will auto-send at 3PM on the day of arrival.

Property was great exactly what was in pictures. Some construction going on making repairs after hurricane, but even with construction the place was clean, well taken care of and after work day everything put back in order. Very happy with property.

Nothing like waking up and watching dolphins and pelicans outside on the balcony. Other than some issues with the wicker chairs on the balcony (a little weathered) everything was gorgeous.

Disappointing experience for the amount of money spent

The property is very nice, clean WITH gorgeous view. Unfortunately, there are many weaknesses:1.Not honest listing. We rented this place because of the swimming pool on hot tub. When we rented, there was NO mention that the pool is not functional, although the manager stated AFTER WE CHECKED IN that the announcement about the pool was up ON THE WEB by the time we rented. We are professionals, and all three of us reviewed the website that did not see anything about the pool being on service. 2. Another dishonest listing. We were told there are 2 parking spots for this condo on the website and on the email. Specifically, the email the day we checked in also mentioned we have 2 parking spots (we saved the email with date on it), yet when we came, we were told verbally on the phone we are entitled to only 1 parking. 3. Both the sink and the dishwasher were leaking, onto the floor. We called manager and said whether it is OK to have them fixed in the morning (the day we checked out). There was nothing we can do except bringing all the dishes and washed on the bathroom.4. There was NO apology and NO offer to reduce the cost of the rental (which was high to begin with, (980 for 2 nights, excluding other fees!). I HAVE USED VRBO MANY TIMES BEFORE, AND THIS IS THE FIRST AND ONLY BAD EXPERIENCE WE HAD THUS FAR. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT THE FUTURE RENTERS TO COMMUNICATE BY EMAIL WITH THE MANAGEMENT PRIOR TO BOOKING (SO YOU HAVE DOCUMENTATION).

Threw an overnight baby shower for 9 girls and had the best time. Condo was incredibly spacious and darling! Great location. It was exceptionally clean. Had everything we needed and more in the kitchen. Communication with owner was also super easy. Highly recommend!

Very clean, conveniently located. Comfortable beds and furniture. Great week for family!

Having the garage with chairs and wagon and other beach items was key. Not having to take beach stuff up and down the elevator was great. Plenty of beach towels and shower towels and equipped with shampoo, conditioner and soap. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing beachfront property!!

This was the cleanest and most beautiful VRBO property we have ever stayed in and I'm VERY particular about cleanliness!! There were 7 of us on vacation and we all loved the condo. Anything you could ever need is in the condo - they have thought of everything - and then some! To wake up and sit on the balcony with coffee listening to the ocean is everything... Wow! This place is not the average rental

Very clean and newly renovated. Beautiful decorated. All furniture was comfortable with high quality beds. They had it well equipped with everything we needed for 10 month old. Clean pack and play, high chair. Garage had plenty of fun toys for kids, beach chairs and everything we wanted. The building was well taken care of and nice clean pool. Perfect beach family vacation

This condo satisfied all of our beach vacation needs. Very clean and cozy. Best proximity to pool and beach we’ve ever had. Unit provided plenty of beach chairs and an umbrella to use. Had recreational things to use on beach as well. The walk up tiki beach bar next door was very convenient. Would definitely recommend this unit!

Beautifully decorated

Lovely condo in a beautiful location. Just a few hiccups: we encountered ghost ants in the kitchen and called management. They had an exterminator come and he gave us his card to call if there was any further problems. We had trouble with the the internet fading in and out several times. The primary toilet is a very slow flusher. Beds were very comfy. Nice shower heads. Great views.

Very clean home with a lovely porch overlooking the beach. Super convenient to the beach and nearby restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

November vacation

The condo is beautiful. Only a few things that hindered our stay. 1. We were in an end unit right next to the next condo building and I wish we would have known that there was going to be construction going on 6 days a week on the building 20 feet from us and the hot tub was out of order; which would have been nice to use because it was over cast and rainy for 4 of the 9 days of our stay and 2. There was a chain smoker right above us which made it impossible to sit out on the patio and enjoy ourselves. Our main goal was to relax, enjoy the view and for the cost, we were disappointed that we couldn’t do either because of the noise and the smoke. We would recommend asking about these things when booking to have a better experience.

Great with communication

There were several of us staying at this property. The hosts were wonderful at answering all of my numerous questions—and quickly! Property was in a great location with easy access to the beach. Information was available for wifi access and parking.
