Looking for a morning walk? You've come to the right place! This neighborhood has a high walking score and it's very safe to walk around.

The best way to get around the neighborhood is by vehicle. There is parking space on the driveway (6 cars). GARAGE is not available. NO street parking. MAX 6 CARS AT ALL TIMES. Plus, on-site boat-trailer & RV parking if necessary.

Since this property is a little far from central San Antonio, the METRO system (bus transportation) does not go all the way there. However, you can always use UBER or other ridesharing platforms to move around.



• Please note that though the listing shows 4 beds, there are only 3 actual beds. The last “bed” is a full-size sleeper sofa.

• Fridge dispenses water but it does NOT dispense ice.

• To keep the yard in great shape, our lawn care team visits every other week. They may stop by during your stay, but don’t worry – they’ll only be working outside and won’t take more than an hour to finish. Please note that this routine service is necessary and it’s hard to reschedule.

• This property includes a hot tub outside. Please understand that since the hot tub is outside in the garden, some leaves or debris from nature may fall into the hot tub. Rest assured that we do hot tub maintenance weekly and we remove all debris after every reservation. However, some debris may fall into the hot tub after we have cleaned it. Our hot tub maintenance team will visit once a week to clean the hot tub and take care of any necessary upkeep. They might stop by during your stay, but please rest assured that they’ll only be working outside and won’t disturb you. This maintenance is essential to ensure the hot tub remains in great condition for you and future guests.

Good location with easy access to south side activities. Pictures are a little misleading as cabin is very close to others in the area but it is a real nice cabin. Great kitchen and appliances. Bathrooms are nice. Loved the rustic feel. No local channel TV available which was a bit disappointing as we were wanting to catch college football Saturday and NFL on Sunday. For people who are used to streaming this may not be an issue? Great stay overall...

The amenities were not all available. Tv did not work, hot tub was not available, no propane for the fire pit and the fire place had a sign to not use. None of that was stated when the property was rented. Cabin was very clean.

We got notice the day before no cancellation the hot tub was broken. I suggested a remedy but that was dismissed. We booked based on the location, hot tub and number of rooms. On arrival, the hot tub was large but looked like it was from the 90’s. The control panel was falling apart. The other parts inside were discolored.The place was cleaned ok, but needed a deep clean. There were spiderwebs in corners, dead bugs in the windowsills and a lot of dust on the log walls. Pull up one of their own photos and you can see the white coloring on the top part of the logs. The only solution to this is a large cleaning team with ladders and tools to scrub down every log. The weekly cleaning person isn’t enough.The beds were all super pillow soft and squishy. They were made beautifully. I sleep better on firm. Some of the paneling in the bedrooms was very dated. A sign on the fireplace to not use it, but a box of fire logs sat there on the ground. We had very few rolls of toilet paper, the body wash mounted on the wall of one shower was out or broken.
