Deux rivières claires et propres traversent la ville, le lac Comal et Guadalupe et Canyon est à quelques minutes seulement. Glissez votre maillot de bain et passez à la pêche, au rafting, au kayak, au tubage ou à la natation. Ou nager dans Schlitterbahm Waterpark Resort, l'un des plus importants du pays, avec des toboggans d'eau de 65 acres, des canaux à tubes, trois sous-verres d'eau en amont, une piscine à vagues, une aire de jeux pour enfants, des salles de villégiature et beaucoup d'autres façons de rester cool.

Directement en face de Schlitterbahn, à côté de la dernière sortie publique et à côté de la pizzeria !. Vous aurez votre propre piscine, un bain à remous et une entrée de rivière à accès privé! Qu'est-ce qu'il n'y a pas à aimer dans notre appartement spacieux de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain? Vous aurez 1110 pieds carrés pour vous déplacer. Capacité d'accueil 8. Nouvellement rénové et propre! Les téléviseurs dans les chambres. Nous proposons Netflix, Roku et Wifi. Laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur dans l'unité. Lit king size dans les deux chambres.

Idéalement situé, vous pouvez vous promener dans le magnifique centre historique de New Braunfels. Là, vous trouverez un historique historique du Texas The Faust Hotel & Faust Brewing Company! Offrez-vous le charme de l'ancien monde. Construit en 1929, il offre aux invités un recul dans le temps à une période de simplicité et d'élégance tout en profitant d'une bonne préparation au froid!

Great place to stay

This is a great location. You get direct access to the Comal river, they have a nice size pool and hot tub. You know if you stay here you always have something to do and don't have to spend extra money to keep everyone busy.love seeing the deer right on the property.you have a great river view from your back patio. Great having a washer and dryer right in your unit sou you can keep bathing suit clean and keep clean towels all the time. We will stay here again for sure .

Great little condo right off the Comal. Ground floor and walking distance to Schlitterbahn. Clean kitchen and baths. Has WiFi Netflix and cable. Fit our needs with 2 kids perfectly. Would stay here again.

New Braunfels Week

Our family of 5 had a great week here. Fonda was easy to work with and quick to reply to any questions I had. If you want to enjoy tubing, you couldn't ask for a more convenient location. Everything was within walking distance, tubing, good restaurants, farmers market, downtown shops, etc. We fell in love with New Braunfels! Thanks Fonda!

REDNECK CONDO

We had problems getting living room TV to turn on. Master bedroom TV never worked. There are holes in the bedroom doors. Several lightbulbs were out. Patio furniture was old and worn. Would not want to return.

We are happy you enjoyed your stay. If you had a problem with the tv’s, we were only a call away. Sometimes due to lighting storms the Spectrum boxes have to be reset by calling Spectrum. Again calling the owner would have rectified the issue. Lightbulbs, same thing with a quick call maintenance would have been there in a heartbeat to change out. We have gotten rid of the old patio furniture and will replace soon. The doors were done by the tenants before your arrival. They had an impatient toddler kicking in the door. I’m sure you understand. We try Our best to upkeep the condo, however sometimes the schedule does not allow for immediate maintenance on big issues like the doors. Thanks again for your business and we do hope you will give us another try in the future to make it right.

Family Vacay on the River

We had the best time. This was our first VRBO. We will absolutely be back to this rental and use VRBO. The location of this condo was perfection. It was clean, cute, comfortable, and all the comforts of home. AMD ONLY A 2 min walk to the Schlitterbahn!!!!! It was Central to all the best local restaurants. We ate at Inferno Pizza, Cantina del Rio, Mozie’s, and Muck and Fuss. All great food and amazing cocktails. We were less then 10 minutes from the river companies. We chose to ride down with LRTTUBING.com Landa River. It provides the longest river ride, the people are friendly, the tubes are great, they have the best rates, and you end at the landing of the condo. We dropped our kids off to shower and my husband and I took the shuttle back - which picked us up right in front of the condo and a very pleasant older gentleman took us back to our car. FAMILY VACAY on the River was a success. Thanks!!!! Fonda

Family Summer Float Trip

This property was fun! We could walk to get in the Comal at no cost, and it has a nice pool to relax in. Two king size beds and a sofa pull out. The beds were nice however the sofa pull out was not comfortable, luckily we had two teenagers that could care less. The best part of staining in the river is getting up early to watch the sun come up, and enjoy the deer with a cup of coffee. We brought both coffee and kcups, but sadly the the Keurig did not work. This was a big let down, it truly is the little things. Parking was great, we only brought two vehicles, anything more and it could be bothersome. I will say this is a party complex!!! Everyone came to stay up late and be loud! This is not the property for you if you are interested in quiet and rest. We were told to always wear out bands in the pool, however it was constantly crowded with kids and people from the other complexes. Secure only enforced the rules when the situation became dangerous. Overall I enjoyed the property, just wish we could have relaxed with a cup of coffee!

Nice place but not taken care of

Came here for a girls weekend. We arrived a couple hours after our check in time to find that the place was not cleaned from the guests before us. Bed dirty and unmade, towels piled up in the hall, dirty bathrooms, etc. We called and they sent some one out to clean it so we had to leave for a couple hours right after we got in. It was an inconvenience and set a bad tone for the stay. Especially being that I was the one who picked the place for us. There was also several holes in the doors in the condo and the glass door in one of the bathrooms was broken. The fire place did not appear to work they just had candles set up in it and no wood. Which was a big disappointment because it was one of the main reasons I booked this condo. They did not have any kind of cable and the WiFi was difficult to watch Netflix with. It was very spacious and had good size bathrooms. The location was great. It was very close to everything. We went in December so there was no one in the river. It was nice to walk out the back door and sit and watch the water and the deer in the morning. Over all it wasn’t bad but wasn’t fantastic. I am a little sour having to pay a cleaning fee when we left it cleaner than it was when we arrived.

Jillian thank you for your review. Sorry about the cleaning mishap. That is the first time something like this ever happened. I had a death in the family and completely forgot about the cleaning schedule, so I take full responsibility for the condo not being cleaned upon arrival. Sorry for your inconvenience! We do have basic cable they Spectrum along with Netflix. We try to stay on top of the maintenance. The door with the hole in it was done by the previous tenant who has an impatient 5 yr old and it will be replaced shortly. You are correct we do not burn wood in the fireplace. It is to much of a safety & liability risk for us. We are happy that you did enjoy the location and had a great time after all. We do take pride in our property and would like to make it up to you if you decide to give us another try. You will be given 10%off and free cleaning. Best regards, Fonda

Even better than expected!

I had to pinch myself many times as I took in the view from our private balcony. The river in the morning before 10 is so tranquil. It's like you're the only ones there. From our balcony we could see families of turtles and fish. Families of deer constantly grazing underneath us. And it was fun to wave at the tubers as they would float by. Definitely a great people watching activity. We really enjoyed the one hour float around the complex. We stayed Tues-Sunday and the river only got busy Friday/Saturday. But, even with more floaters it was still very fun and enjoyable. My favorite part was our private river exit. There is also a rock wall my teenage sons could jump off of. I would hook my tube right near the wall and just float and watched while they jumped. Being able to float for an hour, get out of the water, have a snack and refill beverages and get right back in the water is the best part of these accommodations. We ate at Muck and Fuss which was hands down an awesome experience (new and trendy) and dog friendly. We did not enjoy Pat's Place - nothing special. Fonda was very responsive and understanding. Make sure and hang the orange parking tag off the rear view mirror. My friend put her's on the console and she was towed. The condo itself is outdated, decor could use some modern touches, but I was there for the RIVER! I have recommended her place to friends and look forward to using it again in the future.

Awesome Location

The unit was clean and well furnished. The best thing, though, was the location. The unit is located on the river with a private exit, allowing for tubing all day just by walking across the street to get in the river. We all thought that was great. In addition it was a short drive to everything we wanted to do in New Braunfels, including Schlitterbahn. There was plenty of space for the 6 of us and my adult daughter enjoyed sleeping in the closet bedroom. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of bedding for us.

It was so easy to rent. The location was perfect. Everything that we needed was readily available. We already discussed coming back.

Family Vacation

This is a great condo! Location is perfect for everything we wanted to do! Everything is literally within a 5 min or less drive! We had an amazing time! We will definitely be back to stay again!

We love New Braunfels and the surrounding areas!
After Hurricane Ike wiped out our beloved beach rental in Crystal Beach we then focused our attention on the vacation place we loved the most as kids! New Braunfels and the Schlitterbahn!

Staying booked and having to turn renters away, we decided to add another river rental to our Redneck portfolio! Hence the name Redneck Riviera!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We decided on Camp Warnecke because of the down to earth comfort feel of the condos, the privacy (only 56 units) & private river access, and the gorgeous river views from the unit! Best of all, it's walking distance to the Faust Brewing Co.!

Staying at The Redneck River Ranch will put you in the heart of the action. Whether it is Schlitterbahn, the Comal river, Gruene Hall, Outlet Shopping, Wine Touring or Antiquing, you are surrounded by it all and get to where you want to go in less than 20 minutes! Oh yeah, did I mention the great German heritage and food you will be engrossed in? One vacation in this quaint town, will have you returning year after year!
