After a day at the beach, wash off all the sand using the outdoor shower in the yard then take a walk along the boardwalk for some delicious ice cream and gelato just 3 minutes away and watch the pink sunset set across the water – the perfect way to end each day in paradise.

Guests have private access to the entire beach house and outdoor areas well as free Wi-Fi, free driveway parking, complimentary coffee, access to a washer and dryer, a loaded games room and access to streaming apps on the 4k smart TVs in each room.

Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises.

The payment of an additional $500 security deposit will be required prior to your arrival. If the booking is for local residents, there will be an additional deposit required. If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit. The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that have more than 5 bedrooms. Security deposits can`t be paid via Credit card.

2-night bookings require an additional security deposit.

There is a small fee to have the pool heated.

**Please note that for July 4th holiday bookings, an additional $500 security deposit is required on top of the standard amount; additionally, please be aware that fireworks and parties are strictly prohibited at the property**

Mandatory house rules:

1. No guests allowed in the home other than those included in the reservation

2. Vehicle count cannot exceed 2 cars, no vehicles are to be parked on the swale, street, or grass.

3. No excess noise throughout the day and no noise during the quiet hours of 10 pm to 8 am

4. A fee of $750 will be charged for smoking in the house as well as a charge for any damaged furniture.

5. Fireworks are not allowed.

6. Please do not change the settings on the pool equipment, if you need assistance, let us know so we can assist. If you change the settings a $500 fine will be charged.

PET OWNERS: A pet fee of $150 will be charged if you don`t clean up after your pet. This applies in open areas (patio/backyards) and inside of homes. You are responsible for delivering the property in the same condition as received.
