Amazing property and ideal location

An oasis that you never have to leave. But, you will. We walked to the beach and to Lauderdale by the sea. The back yard is east facing so we enjoyed the morning sun while having a coffee. We also learned to paddle board and took the little ones for a kayak ride. Highly recommend.

Perfect stay!

Beautiful house, enjoyed our visit. Looking forward to booking it again in the future. Communication at the beginning was slow, but once we were in contact with property manager via text, rec'd immediate responses.

Great Stay

Came here with a large group of old college friends and had a fantastic stay. Communication with the property manager was easy and efficient. House was really impressive and very well kept with plenty of bedrooms. Pool / Jacuzzi were a great amenity as well as access to the lagoon! Lastly, the public beach is only a short walk away. Will definitely stay again if ever in the area with a group.

Great Backyard Setting, with a house with plenty of room

The house manager was very responsive. Location is close to some great restaurants. The beach was farther than we would have liked, but the pool setting at the house helped offset this.

Lovely Place

The Tropical Waterfront was a great house for a large family gathering. The property managers were wonderful and did everything to make our stay perfect. In some places the house could use a little love but all in all a wonderful place for a gathering.

Family Reunion Worthy

This home was the perfect place for our family reunion. It had enough plates, utensils, pool/beach toys, rooms and bathrooms to keep everyone happy and comfortable. The home is incredibly kid friendly and was a short 5 minute walk to the beach. The dock was a hit and we caught several fish and even paddle boarded! The grocery store, several restaurants, and liquor store were right across the main street! We loved it and would definitely return.

We had a great time. House looked just like the pictures. Liliana was very responsive. We had a great time! Only suggestion is to make sure all appliances are working. Stove and oven were a challenge.

Perfect location for group meetings

If you are looking for a place to have a corporate meeting, host the extended family, or group of friends look no further than this house. House is immaculate and the management team is excellent. Great communication before and during the stay and the pool area is incredible. Also great kitchen for group meals with plenty of seating. It worked perfect to have a chef come in and prepare meals(go with Chef Rachel as she is as good as it gets and they have her contact details). Location is key as well as you can walk to the beach or anything else you need in minutes.

Winter Retreat ‘24

Wonderful property manager(s) who were very accommodating. The property needs some updating and several things were challenging to keep working (hot tub/pool heater, outside and inside tvs). Not all room have private en-suite bathrooms which was unclear from the listing.

Husband's 50th Birthday Weekend

We had an outstanding weekend at the Bermuda Riviera property! We had a group of friends from all over the country with 13 adults and 5 kids ranging from 6-13. The house was beautiful and clean, the rooms were very comfortable, and we couldn't believe how even with all of the people in the home it was so spacious that it didn't feel crowded. The outdoor space by the pool is wonderful too. Jairo and Liliana, the property managers, were very helpful and made the whole check in and out process seamless (and they were very patient in helping us figure out how to work the door locks, the AC, the appliances, etc). We are hoping to make this a regular meeting place for our get-togethers with friends! And PS- our private dinner by Chef Rachel was outstanding- highly recommend having her there to prepare a meal for you :)

Family fun , spring break trip

I can’t say enough about this property . I’ll start with the pictures online , they totally matched the property . What you see is what you get ! The property manager communicated promptly to every text , email . The location was amazing , fingertips to everything you would want to do . Neighborhood was wonderful . The property was clean and had everything you would need . They thought of everything in the kitchen , towels , pool toys floats , beach towels ! We had a fabulous time . I can see why the ratings on this property are superb ! Also space and bedrooms for everyone ! We loved it and can’t say enough ! Thank you to owner and management for exceeding are expectations !!!

Beautiful and Convenient

This home is stunning and so well kept. It had several features that were pleasant surprises (like a fully stocked pool room with plenty of floats and pool toys and a heated toilet LOL). We took full advantage of the paddle boards and kayaks available which was such a treat for everyone. The pool and hot tub were both well heated upon arrival. Our stay included 14 people ages ranging from 10 to 77 and there was something for everyone to enjoy. The only feedback our friends and family gave as far as potential improvements was that many of the beds were squeaky, especially the garage apartment. We had an older couple choose that room and they said they woke up every time one of them moved. Outside of that, the property manager was so quick to respond when we couldn't figure out how to operate the stove and was wonderful to work with. It was a joy to stay here and the group is already talking about another visit in the future. Thank you!
