IMPORTANT GUEST INFORMATION

* Guest Assistance:
 Our Stay Today team is available for inquiries, questions, or issues from 9 AM to 9 PM. For after-hours assistance, the building front desk is happy to help 24/7 at the main lobby.

* Liability Agreement: All guests must sign a Liability Agreement before check-in. Thank you for your cooperation!

Booking Requirements:

After booking, guests will be asked to:
1. Sign an additional agreement and liability waiver.
2. Provide valid ID for the primary guest and a list of first/last names for all occupants.

* No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged for violations. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by smoking inside the house.

* No Parties or Large Gatherings: The Villa is for residential vacation purposes only. Parties or events with more than the listed number of occupants are not allowed. Noise detectors are in place, and violators will be evicted without a refund.

* No Commercial Use: The Villa may not be used for commercial purposes, public events, or product promotions.

* Registered Occupants Only: All overnight guests must be registered. The number of occupants is monitored by exterior cameras.

* Inventory Check: We conduct an inventory check after each check-out to ensure no items are damaged or missing.

* Maintenance Visits: Weekly visits from pool and landscaping professionals may occur during your stay. While these cannot be scheduled, we kindly ask for your understanding as they complete their tasks efficiently.

* Security Cameras: For your safety and security, active cameras monitor the outer perimeter of the property.

* Bugs & Critters: Florida’s sub-tropical climate means insects are common. We perform regular pest control, but if you encounter any critters, please keep doors closed to help prevent them from entering.
