Nous sommes situés dans une communauté fermée d'Indian Mountain Lakes où vous pouvez vous sentir en sécurité. Non seulement vous avez accès à toutes les commodités de la communauté, mais l'emplacement est dans une zone privilégiée où vous serez à quelques minutes de tous les différents types d'activités pour satisfaire tous vos désirs! Cette maison spacieuse et confortable vous fera vous sentir détendu, épanoui et vous aurez envie de revenir pour plus. Passez la journée à l'extérieur à jouer au tennis ou au basket sur les courts. Faites un tour en kayak, ou allez pêcher sur le lac! Avec 1,5 acres de terrain, vous pouvez profiter de l'intimité et de l'espace que cette maison a à offrir. Si vous avez de la chance, vous verrez même certaines créatures des bois se promener dans les arbres qui entourent la région. Nous avons des observations de cerfs assez souvent!

Envie de rester? Venez passer un peu de temps dans la salle de jeux qui comprend: air hockey, ping-pong, baby-foot et une table de billard prête à être appréciée à votre guise! Terminez la journée au grill extérieur et réchauffez-vous dans le HOT TUB après le dîner. Profitez de la grande terrasse qui comprend un gazebo pour vous et votre entreprise (du 1er mai au 1er novembre). Blottissez-vous devant le foyer au bois à l'intérieur de la maison avec votre boisson préférée de votre choix ou sortez et profitez du foyer et rôtissez-vous à la lumière des étoiles.

Pour le type actif, il y a des montagnes de ski, des parcs d'État, des clubs de golf, des casinos, des magasins et des sentiers de randonnée à une courte distance. Venez profiter du plus grand parc aquatique des Amériques - le parc aquatique du Kalahari à quelques minutes de route. Vous adorez skier? Big Boulder, Camelback et Jack Frost sont également à quelques minutes. Family vacation

We had a wonderful stay. So peacefully and relaxing we definitely felt like we were at home away from home. Definitely a bonus with all the activities and the play ground. I can definitely say we would love to come back again. Thank you again

Great home

Would definitely stay here again. The house was cozy/warm and the beds are so comfortable. The game room was a great place for all of us to hang out in. We were two families of 4. Host was very responsive and easy to get in touch with.

Holiday Stay

The house was just as listed, just as pictured. Romana was very quick to reply to any questions we had prior to our stay and during our stay. The house was sufficient for our group of nine adults. Most items needed were supplied. We prepared most of our meals for four days at the house. All cooking necessities were readily available. The neighbor was quiet and serene. The Christmas tree and wood burning fireplace were a very nice touch to give the house a festive feel. We enjoyed our stay.

Great family get- away spot!

This house was cozy and clean and matched the pictures!! The kids loved the game room and outside fun and I loved the fireplace and all the pillows and fuzzy covers! Master bathroom was very nice and updated!! And the fact we could bring our dog was awesome too!!! Thank youbfor a great stay!!

Amazing!!

My friends and I rented this house for a weekend. The house worked perfect! It was clean, well organized, and increadibly cozy! There were fun games to keep us entertained, and great places for all of us to sit and watch a movie. Backyard was great, trampoline was a hit! Hosts are great with communication and are very helpful if needed. Would recommend to stay!!

Spacious!

This place was very clean and spacious. There was plenty of kitchen accessories. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The game room was awesome and where my adult kids and granddaughters spent most of our time. The deck is very spacious. We got to play outdoors and the pups love it! I would highly recommend this home! The host was very quick at replying and very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Weekend getaway

This rental was awesome for a family of 8 with two young children. We thought all the rooms were spacious and adequate for the time of our stay. We absolutely loved the game room and all the amenities available to us! We spent majority of the time there. The bathrooms were clean and the kitchen provided many pots/pans in which we cooked for most of our stay. We loved it and had a great time. Thank you again!

Great house

This house was perfect for our extended family of 10. We had 5 adults and 5 kids and all fit comfortably. The house is all one floor living so if you have trouble getting around or don’t want kids running up and down the steps this is perfect. The back yard was perfect for the kids and they’d run outside as soon as they got up and if enjoy my breakfast/coffee in the gazebo while they ran around. The home included linens, towels, and all the kitchen items you would need. The kids loved the pool and the lake. The owner/manager was completely responsive with any questions we had. We’d absolutely stay at this property again.

The place was perfect for our family. Everything was comfortable, nicely decorated and there were plenty of supplies. The kids had a lot of fun in the game room. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return.

Our Tubing Weekend

Always looking for a property for our Annual Tubing Weekend at Blue Mountain. This home definitely fit the bill! The game room was a big hit with the 13 and 11 year olds! Saturday they had brought their Corn Hole Boards and held a tournament on the looong deck! Grilled steaks on the grill, and had a “real” fireplace which was a hit! If they were bored it was their fault!! Location is in a gated community which gave us a sense of security! My big advantage was having our 14 year old “puppy” with us… easy access to outside was a huge plus! My husband and I slept in the game room “pull out” because of Dakoda’s 3-4 am potty breaks… I was able to take him out without disturbing the others… the pull out itself was quite comfortable for these over 60 bodies! Romana was available whenever we had questions; and even “checked in on us” on Saturday! Comments from our group: Very Clean: Best property we had stayed at…and The Game Room! We were blessed with a sunny blue sky weekend which made the stay even better! Overall, we couldn’t have found a more perfect place for our family of 10 (grandparents, parents, and kids) and Dakoda!❤️

This house had everything we needed! The game room and kid toys were a major plus . The outside fire pit and play set entertained the kids - even in the cold! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Perfect house - very clean and organized ! The communication was perfect ! I had a few questions and I had a response within minutes !

Christmas Family time

Badly in need of maintenance- kitchen cabinets expanding due to water damage, floor squeaks going from master BR to master bath, wavy vinyl floors in hallway and kitchen. no dvd player for a family place. Trash wasnt picked up when it was supposed to be. Had issues with gate process on check in, long line at gate EVERY time and rude attendant. Deck unsafe for children. trampoline not safe as the barrier not installed on one side. heater for game room inadequate size, that unit was for a small bathroom. Outlets dont hold a plug, unsafe! The fourth bedroom was really the game room whith only access was through bedroom number three! Master bath very small despite obvious new improvements. Home overall very dated. Unit needs a major cosmectic and structural upgrade, way overpriced given the distance to camelback. On a positive note, Romana was easy and nice to communicate with. However, Would not rent here again or recommend.

Perfect house for teenage boys

We rented this house to take our twin boys and their friends skiing for the weekend to celebrate their 16th birthday. The house was clean and the host was more than responsive to us! It was an easy drive to the slope and the game room kept them occupied for hours after a day of skiing. I would definitely recommend this house.

Summer Getaway

Owner was SUPER responsive and helpful. Property was nice, game room was awesome for the kids. The home owner removed "the hot tub" from her listing but I still saw it. Had to deal with some disappointed kids. The description says "take a ride in the kayak" but you can only do that if its your own. Oven was dirty but everything else was clean. All things considered our family had fun and would consider returning. I think the confusion we experienced was more VRBO's mistake and not the home owner.

Fun Family Getaway

Nice big house for large gatherings with a great play set for the younger kids and a large game room for all ages. Back deck with picnic table and gazebo are also great features! Host was friendly and responsive.

Picture perfect retreat!

Our family ranges in age from 11-74. There was something for everyone to do and spread out. The game room was a massive hit as we are fiercely competitive in our family. The beds were super comfy, the kitchen had all the amenities we needed to prepare meals. Loved our deer visitors each day. The neighborhood was so quiet and clean, perfect for this early morning jogger. Loved how close we were to all the activities we had planned. The fire pit was so much fun to sit around, make s’mores and share stories. This truly was a picture perfect vacation. Special thanks to Romona for answering all my questions so promptly. We will definitely stay here again!!!!

Clean house with great game room

This house was perfect for our long weekend getaway. My wife, two teen sons, in-laws and I thoroughly enjoyed the house. Upon arrival it was clear the house was clean and cared for. Comfortable beds and furniture. Game room was a huge plus for our family, especially since it was a bit rainy when we were there. The house would also work well for two families with a few kids.
