Whether you're here for lake days, ski trips, or peaceful mornings with coffee on the deck, this home offers a warm, comfortable base to return to after every adventure.

This home sleeps up to 7 guests comfortably, making it ideal for one family or a group traveling together.



Main Floor Bedroom: Queen bed, easy access, perfect for guests who prefer to avoid stairs

Upstairs Primary Bedroom: King bed + daybed, spacious and ideal for families

Upstairs Bunk Room: Twin-over-twin bunk bed with direct access to a private balcony, a peaceful spot for morning coffee or wildlife viewing



Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed with cozy bedding, soft lighting, and room-darkening shades so you can fully recharge after a day of adventure.

Guests have access to:

☀ Fishing (PA fishing license required, catch-and-release)

☀ Wristbands are required for community amenities — 8 are provided (max allowed).



Guest Access:

With the exception of a locked supply closet, you'll have access to the whole home!



Check-in is easy and contactless with a smart keypad. Your unique door code and arrival details will be sent before check-in.



Parking

- Free parking is available onsite for up to 4 vehicles

- All vehicles must display community vehicle passes while in Towamensing Trails



Community Access

- This home is located in the Towamensing Trails community

- While not gated, community registration is required prior to check-in (we’ll provide instructions after booking)

- 8 amenity wristbands are provided for lake and community amenities (maximum allowed by the community)

- Children under 5 do not require a wristband

- Wristbands must be worn at all times when using community amenities

- Additional day passes for amenities can be purchased for $10 per person/per day - CASH ONLY. Day passes can only be purchased by the primary renter, who will be asked to provide a photo ID and their original rental packet. No refunds will be provided if amenities are closed due to unforeseeable circumstances.

- Amenities are open daily from 11am-6pm from Father’s Day through Labor Day and weekends ONLY from Memorial Day weekend to Father’s Day weekend. Access to community amenities is subject to availability, and their operation is solely at the discretion of the Towamensing Trails community.



Once you arrive, everything is yours to enjoy, from cozy nights by the fireplace to peaceful mornings surrounded by nature.

Other Things to Note:

We’re so excited to welcome you to our home! To ensure a smooth arrival, the community asks all guests to complete a short rental registration form. Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll send you a link to fill it out online—it’s quick and easy! To avoid a $75 rush fee, please complete the form at least three days before check-in. If the form isn’t submitted 24 hours prior to arrival, the community does require us to cancel the reservation without a refund. We’re here to help if you have any questions—our goal is to make your stay as seamless and enjoyable as possible! Keep in mind that for bookings made within 3 days, the rush fee will need to be paid after booking.



- All trash/garbage MUST be removed from the exterior of the house and grounds when terminating your stay and brought to the community dumpster conveniently located at the entrance to Towamensing Trails.

- There is a strict no open fire and no firework rule in this community.

- Must be 25 years of age or older to rent.

Parking Details:

- A maximum of 4 cars can park onsite.

- All vehicles must display vehicle passes while in the community.



🌪️ ACTS OF NATURE: We do not provide refunds for temporary outages (less than 24 hours) due to weather or other uncontrollable events (e.g., snow, power outage, wind, rain, internet disruption). Outages lasting more than 24 hours will be handled on a case by case basis. Refunds for travel delays or cancellations caused by such events are not provided.



Amenities are open Memorial Day to Labor Day:

Pool: Open daily from 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Beach: Open daily from 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Boats: Available weekends only starting Memorial Day; full-time daily rentals begin Father’s Day weekend.
