Ce magnifique loft au plafond voĂ»tĂ© dispose de trois chambres (la mezzanine de la chambre principale donne sur le salon); deux bains complets; Salon cathĂ©drale au plafond avec fenĂȘtres Ă  deux Ă©tages, du sol au plafond, insonorisĂ©es et planchers de bois franc; cuisine complĂšte, salle Ă  manger, chambre familiale (TV) avec planchers de bois franc, porche avant en ardoise et grande terrasse arriĂšre avec barbecue Ă  gaz, table et chaises et verdure.

Le mobilier est un bel mélange de piÚces nouvelles et anciennes. Il est situé à 4 1/2 pùtés de maisons de la célÚbre promenade Ocean City et à un pùté de maisons du quartier des boutiques et des restaurants du centre-ville d'Ocean City, entre la dixiÚme et la onziÚme rues sur West Avenue.

Ce «centre-ville» est un incontournable pour les familles qui cherchent à louer une grande maison à prix abordable pour les vacances, tout en ayant la possibilité de se rendre à pied à toutes les attractions d'Ocean City. Ce n'est pas votre location typique. C'est un chez-soi. Cet établissement sans fumée loue rapidement pour la saison estivale.

Steve is a very gracious host, and was quick to act on a couple minor things that occurred at the beginning of our stay. Overall very nice place to stay. Master suite is a loft, and open to downstairs living, which needs to be put into his add.

We liked the size and location of the home. It is next to Asbury Ave., we sat on the front porch a lot, Steve is very nice & told us about the fireworks from the bay which we watched from front porch, the walk to beach is good, there is a restaurant called Cinco de Mayo 3 houses down that is great. The home is decorated nicely too. We would stay there again. Steve is a pleasure to work with.

Wonderful place to stay

This is the second time my husband and I stayed here and it was just as nice as the first time. The place is exceedingly clean, the furniture is comfortable and it was a pleasure interacting with Steve. You would never know you were in a vacation rental, it truly feels like a home away from home. Loved the proximity to the shops and restaurants on Asbury, the keyless entry and the quietness of the area. Great having a reserved parking spot out back. We were able to spend time on the front porch and back deck this time and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Being able to bring our dog is always appreciated. Highly recommend this place. Thanks Steve!

Just what we needed


My kids and I needed a relaxing week after we lost my husband (their father) in February to cancer. It was our first vacation as a family of 3 and I was nervous about booking it all on my own. Steve made the process seamless. He was easy to get a hold of for any questions which put my mind at ease and made us feel comfortable. Best part, my two fur babies were able to join us. Luna and Loki (our labs) enjoyed the accommodations I think as much as we did. Plenty of space for additional family to visit. Beautiful rear deck for enjoying that early morning cup of coffee. Two living rooms with televisions so my two teens didn’t have to argue over what to watch, which is a huge plu! Lol! I Close to shops and not a bad walk to beach and boardwalk. Beds were especially comfortable, which is not always the case when renting. The kids and I (and Luna and Loki of course) would definitely book with Steve again! Thank you for being an amazing host to my family.

The property was lovely and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything you might need to make a meal!! The home is walking distance from many restaurants, shopping on Asbury, and grocery stores. If you have small children, it may be a little too far from the beach. But for families with bike-riding kids and older children it’s fine. Steve’s communication throughout the entire process was top notch!

This is a MUST STAY property!

From the time I booked this property, the owner, Steve, was proactively communicating with me to help me prepare for my visit. I received helpful pics and videos that were super helpful for the check in process. He stayed in touch during our stay too, to make sure everything was ok. White glove service for sure!! The property was at a prime location, within a short distance to lots oof local shops and restaurants and a short, walkable distance to the boardwalk and beach. The property was very clean, and LOTS of room (there were 6 of us and 2 dogs.) Everything we needed was there. We only stayed a short time, but this place would be IDEAL for long stays where you want to cook and entertain yourselves "at home" while on vacation. There are even 2 living rooms and TV's in all bedrooms so everyone has space and individual entertainment if you want. HIGHLY recommend this property!! Thanks, Steve!

Wonderful Place & Neighborhood

I stayed at Steve’s place with 7 other people for my 26th birthday and we all had a BLAST. The space was not only huge, but beautiful inside. We enjoyed lounging around, playing games, having breakfast together, all throughout the stay. Plus, the area is a short walk to the ocean city boardwalk which is 10x better than Atlantic. Would stay again!!!

MS City to Shore Ride

Stereo’s home was a great location to cheer riders on close to the finish line of the MS Ride. The house was spacious for our group of singles
:it’s rare to find a shore home that has twin beds that are not a part of a bunk bed. The kitchens and living areas were great, with two separate living room areas

Truly Home Away from Home

The pictures of this home do not do it justice! The house was larger than we were expecting and it would more than perfect for our vacation with our two large dogs! The house had everything we needed and was well taken care of. My husband and I travel a lot and Stephen is by the far the nicest and sweetest host we have ever had. We would definitely come back! :)

Home Away From Home

Steve was an attentive host who literally fixed a small item that needed replaced (a hallway light bulb so we could see going up the stairs) within minutes. The house felt like a home away from home and was very well stocked with everything you could possibly need in the house from kitchen items to beach items to games & books, as well as starter items like toilet paper and paper towels. The location is perfect as it is close to the boardwalk and Asbury Avenue which has all of the best shopping and an awesome new restaurant called “Hooked On Breakfast”. Steve’s recommendations for restaurants were great - the Mexican restaurant a few doors down, literally has the BEST Mexican food we’ve ever had and always had a line for takeout as well, so you know it’s good! Thank you Steve for the great communication about everything and for being there when we needed you! We had a fabulous, memorable vacation and can’t wait to come back!

We actually were in town for a swim meet in Atlantic City. (25 minutes away) so we didn’t want to stay there with 3/14 yr olds & 1/12 yr old. So this place was a great find! Accommodation were wonderful with all the space! Location was fabulous walking distance to restaurants, shopping and OC Boardwalk. We enjoyed Mexican Food @ Cinco de Mayo (recommended by owner Steve) we also enjoyed breakfast at Hooked on breakfast excellent as well! We indulged in the fun over at the boardwalk with food drinks caramel popcorn & Kohr Brothers Ice cream. Definitely would recommend anyone looking to stay in OC NJ

Excellent choice for our stay

My husband and I loved our stay in this gorgeous home. Beautifully decorated, very clean, comfortable furniture and a great location. Definitely not the typical place we have become accustomed to when staying in Ocean City. The front porch and back deck were wonderful. Love the convenience of keyless locks and being able to travel with our dogs. Steve was an absolute sweetheart. Thanks for everything!

Great weekend getaway

Easy check in and out. Steve, the property owner was very helpful, which was especially appreciated as we've never done a Vrbo (or other vacation rental) before. He was very communicative and provided plenty of written instruction as well (and even a video to show how the locks worked on the property). Property itself was very nice, comfortable, and clean. We really appreicated the large dining room table for playing board games during a rainy day. There were some minor maintainence issues that were mostly just visual, but I attribute those to the end of the season. One thing to be aware of is that it's a 2nd floor property and there is a narrow flight of stairs to haul luggage up. If you're able-bodied it shouldn't be a problem. I mention it though because it's something I missed in the listing (it was probably there somewhere and I just overlooked it). Overall we had a fantastic stay and would rent the property again.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

My Grandparents owned a summer cottage in Ocean City. We spent our summers 'down the shore.' When it came time to buy a home, I chose Ocean City. My friends in show business can easily visit from NYC, and its a great location to host friends and family.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

One of the things that I love about our home is the fact that there are TWO large living areas separated by French doors. Most properties in Ocean City only have one great room. The place just has a good, comfortable vibe. Not your typical OC rental.
