We had a great stay at this property! Host was very responsive to messages and was kind enough to allow a slightly early check in as we arrived earlier than planned. The property was exactly as described and you can’t beat the amount of space it has (way better than a tiny hotel room!). The garage was also super convenient! Would highly recommend!

Property is clean and pictures are accurate Could use more utensils if you have a lot of people staying/eating at one time. Larger toaster too!Neighbor kids were cute in the beginning but kept asking for food and played in the back by the garage and we had to remind them to move as we were backing out

We really enjoyed this property and our stay in Atlantic City. The only suggestion I would make is for the rooftop to have more lounge furniture. Right now, it just has a picnic bench/table, and there's even covering from the sun, so it's not a real inviting place to spend time. The picnic benches on both the roof and on the main level deck should have some cushioning because once you're sitting on there for a while you're butt can feel a little sore. Other than that, the property was fantastic.

My husband, Esther (Mastiff), and I just got back from a two week stay. The townhome was absolutely lovely with many conveniences that made the stay with a person who has mobility issues a breeze. Parking in the garage was an added bonus with ample space for two cars when the children and grandchildren visited. The elevator allowed my husband the ability to move freely between doors with entrance in the garage for days we went on adventures. The home is stocked with everything you need and more. Starter supplies were greatly appreciated giving us ample time to get to the store. Loved cooking in a gas stove again! The neighborhood is very quiet with pleasant neighbors. We enjoyed sitting on the porch watching the boats come and go from the marina. Sunsets were beautiful.Checking in was a breeze as well as checking out. I did feel a little guilty leaving the dirty sheets in the beds for the cleaning crew but it was nice to have little worries on what needed to be done to prepare for departure. Steve was exceptionally responsive to every inquiry. There were no issues that needed to be addressed as he ensured everything was perfect and ready for check in. We appreciated the recommendations on restaurants as well. Our favorite was the Italian Bakery! We are already looking at our calendar to see when we can return. I highly remmend staying here if you are looking for a nice home with great accommodations in a convenient location.

This place was the perfect setup for a nice family night to celebrate my daughter's birthday!! The elevator is so convenient and everything was fully stocked and easy to find! Steve was super responsive, informative, and helpful. We enjoyed our snowy winter stay but can only imagine how great it would be in the nice weather to use the rooftop!

If I could give this place a higher rating I absolutely would. The value for the stay was easily one of the best selling points for me. The owner was very communicative and responded promptly with any and all questions. The property is within a few minutes drive to almost any casino you’re looking for. The garage is very spacious and the property accessibility was stellar. Street parking is always a bit of a risk anywhere in the Atlantic City area but my friends and I were all very pleased with the parking availability and felt safe leaving our vehicles right outside the property.All in all - this is a stellar property and you should highly consider it for your next trip to AC. I hope to be back in the near future!

Wonderful time!

Communication with Steve was extremely great, he was quick to reply and very hospitable. The property was extremely clean and just as we expected from the pictures viewed on site. I would definitely recommend this to anyone else who is looking to stay in Atlantic City - would rent again!

Summer vacation

I thoroughly enjoyed the house. It was clean, nicely decorated and it had great views, especially for fireworks. We also really loved the elevator for my elderly dog and mother. Great time.

Amazing Easter Weekend!!!

This place was beautiful from top to bottom and extremely neat and clean!!! Steve the Owner was amazing and answered all of my questions and was very reachable!!! We didn’t have any problems enjoyed our stay and with all of our luggage we were able to get to the third floor on the elevator. My first time staying here but will definitely be back thank you!!!

Wonderful host and the manager, Bill, was most accommodating when we arrived, showing us how the elevator worked some other insights. The place is fantastic, cozy and welcoming, a great Jacuzzi. It was a freezing week in January so we were stuck inside most of the time but there are decks on both the front and back and we sat outside and followed the Sun! We brought 2 dogs and one just had a hip replacement so the elevator came in huge for us. We just retired and are going to build a house on land by the beaches of NC and I must say I'd love to replicate the master bathroom!!! Beautiful shower, separate toilet room, and a great Jacuzzi. As it snowed, we didn't have the opportunity to enjoy the roof top grilling and picnic area, but I bet in the summer it is grand with its wonderful 360 degree views of A/C. Nice place and great host, can't ask for more.

Overall great

Communication with property owner was extremely great, especially with changes to the dates with COVID changing our plans. Steve was easy to work with and flexible in the dates. Once we arrived, the property was clean and just as we expected from the pictures. I would definitely recommend this to anyone else who is looking to stay in AC.

The house was really nice. Everything was just like the photos very clean. The house was minutes away from. The boardwalk and all the outlets. on the other hand you got the back bay area, which we enjoyed as well there was another beach. I believe it’s called Cove. where you can fish you can cook out on the grill there’s an aquarium. They also have boat tours , para cell and the ale house food was good furthermor we really enjoy staying at the house the balconies, the rooftop the bedrooms everything was really comfortable and relaxing. I will give the Home five stars and I would love to stay there again in the future

Great week in Atlantic City

We had a great stay in AC. Were a group from Germany and wanted to have a house which is well located and has everything you need. Steve gave as full support before the travel and quick response after checking out. So everything was perfect and clean within the house. Only the kitchen needs a few more equipment (e.g. tin opener) All in all we can fully recommend the house and can´t wait to come back. Peter Germany
