There are 2.5 bathrooms in total, including the primary ensuite, a hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combination, and a convenient half bath with toilet and sink. The cozy modern coastal living room provides sliding glass door access to the balcony and a smart TV, creating the perfect space to relax and unwind after a day at the beach. The well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops, offering everything you need for meals at home. • Parking: 1 assigned space + limited guest parking (first come)
• No pets allowed

• Access: Located on Level 4 (stairs or elevator from garage)
