*NO PETS*
For safety and health reasons, we CANNOT accommodate any pets including service/comfort animals. The owner and your housekeeper are severely allergic and I can't risk them being hospitalized. I don't want to be in the "dog house" if they get "sick as a dog!" They will be "two sick puppies."
Please consider another listing if a service/comfort animal is required.
NOTE: Audio/video cameras đč monitor the exterior of the property and act as my "watch dog." đ
IF CAUGHT WITH YOUR "TAIL BEWEEN YOUR LEGS," YOU WILL BE FINED $1000 AND REMOVED FROM THE PROPERTY WITHOUT ANY REFUND.
Guest Access:
Must use keypad to open front door. Once you open the door, you can open the garage and gain access to the garage clicker for the remainder of your stay.
Keypad code will be given to you via the check in instructions after booking.
*GARAGE PARKING*
Parking is never easy at the beach but there is a đ small garage reserved for you. One COMPACT car will fit; large SUVs or trucks will be tight or not fit. Street or paid parking are your other options detailed below.
There is a black garage door remote control for your convenience. You must enter the house through the front door first. The remote is on the white bench in the hallway. Open the white door to the garage. You can press the garage door button on the wall to open/close the garage or use the remote.
When checking out, please remember to leave the remote on the white bench. If itâs not returned, there is a $300 fine.
To park in the garage:
1) The garage is on the north side of the home on an unnamed alley. Drive west (toward the ocean) down this alley toward Mission Boulevard and the garage is located at the last house on the left hand side. It's directly to the right of the carport.
2) Turn left so the front of your car points to the gas pipes and meter (without hitting them, please) so the rear of the car is aligned with the opening of the garage. Your car will be on a diagonal.
3) Have ALL passengers exit the vehicle before parking because they wonât be able to open the car doors to exit. Have them help guide you in.
4) Back up so the front of your car is in alignment with the opening of the garage being careful not to back up into the neighborâs garage/house. Your car should now be perfectly aligned to drive straight in but do not pull in too close because you will hit the two plastic storage units.
5) The length of the garage is not very long so visually check to see if the garage door will clear your carâs back bumper before closing garage. If not, the garage door will hit your car and retract up possibly damaging your car or the garage door/motor.
Please keep the garage door closed at all times for your safety and security.
DO NOT park in the alley or in front of the garage/carport because you will block access to the alley and the garage/carport inconveniencing the neighbors and the other guests/owner who are using the carport. If you do, you WILL be ticketed and towed at your expense.
If you park on Mission Boulevard, pay close attention NOT to park during the following days and hours:
Mondays and Thursdays on the west side of Mission Boulevard between 8 AM and 10 AM.
Tuesdays and Fridays on the east side of Mission Boulevard between 8 AM and 10 AM.
There are some areas that have two hour limitations.
Make a complete stop at every stop sign because you will get a ticket if you donât.
There is handicap parking âżïž directly in front of the home. First come. First serve.
There are a few pay parking lots along Mission Boulevard and the Women's Club of Mission Beach has parking for $10/day and a short walk from the property so your "dog's" won't hurt.
