Welcome to our cozy and charming boutique-style home in Troutman! This single-level Gem is the perfect haven for families, couples, or anyone seeking a relaxing night, couples get-away stay for a true home away from home. Just 40 minutes outside of Uptown Charlotte and the CLT airport.
**The Space**
Settle into our thoughtfully designed 3-bedroom, 2 full bathroom home with a *New* enclosed by gazebo with privacy curtains, Swim Hot Tub Spa up to temp 104 degrees Fahrenheit, during Winter months.
The master suite features a comfortable King bed and a private bathroom with a bathtub perfect for a relaxing soak. The additional bedrooms are appointed with cozy queen beds.
The open living area is ideal for spending time together, complete with "55 in Roku platform TV" on a swiveling mount for optimal viewing for entertainment and complimentary Wi-Fi to keep you connected.
Each bedroom in the house, has Roku platform TV as well. Prepare your favorite meals in the well-equipped kitchen, which includes everything you need for cooking and baking. For your morning brew, you'll find a dual coffee maker offering both Keurig K-cups (starter k-cups included) and drip coffee, with a dining area that seats six.
Step outside to your private, fenced-in yard. Unwind in the Adirondack chairs by the firepit, enjoy a barbecue using the grill, or have some fun with games like cornhole and ring toss. The front porch with its rocking love seat is the perfect spot for a quiet morning coffee.
For your convenience, a front loader washer and dryer are also available for your use.
**Guest Access**
You will have the entire home to yourself. On the day of your check-in, we will provide you with a unique key code for easy and secure self-access to the property and lockbox for the Swim Hot Tub access, if waiver is signed.
The property is equipped with exterior security cameras both in front and in the backyard for your and the home's protection.
**Other Things to Note**
Charlotte's International Airport is only a 39 minute commute, in normal traffic. Charlotte is very close by for sightseeing, nightlife, and visiting.
