C'est l'endroit idéal pour passer le mois d'hiver. Grand lit dans la chambre et grand lit dans le salon. À moins de 2 pâtés de maisons de Gulf Beaches et à proximité des restaurants et des boutiques de l’île. Accès facile au Island Trolley gratuit. Vaste parking. Piscine communautaire (non chauffée). Lay-Z Liv-N and Team was a wonderful place to stay! Both my son and I stayed here while going on Spring Break with other friends and family to the AMI area. It's very central to just about everything on the island and just minutes away from the beach. The area was very quite and honestly being a street back from the main drive was very nice as well. We look forward to going back again in the future!The place was VERY clean and well stocked with just about everything we needed.

Lovely condo, small but cozy

We stayed here for a quick get away and it was great. The condo is small and cozy but it was perfect for a quick escape! They had everything that we needed for a great beach centric vacation.

Everything you need for a short stay

Good location close to the beach. Unit has everything you need. It is small, but clean and not too noisy. We enjoyed the beach which is close. No view from the unit, but shades for privacy. Wifi is good and bed is comfy.

Close to beach. Condo has a comfortable bed and nice furnishings. Condo could have been cleaner - notified rental agency of this so should be taken care of.

1-Bwdroom condo possile refurbished motel?

No dishwasher, no washer or dryer, mattress on bed was lopsided with a large indentation giving the feeling of sliding off the bed

Bradenton is a beach area

The condo was fine. The location to the beach was perfect. It was on 2nd floor and there were a lot of steps, so it would be a problem for some. The pool was closed part of the time.

Great Place

Perfect place for only two of us. This was our first time on Anna Maria Island and couldn't be happier with the central location here. Kitchen is fully equipped, there is no dishwasher or washer/dryer. Washer and dryer was no big deal as there were several laundromats on the island if needed. Very nice location overall. The trolly is free, so getting around no issue.

Great location with quick walking access to to the beach and pool.

This property was extremely clean and in perfect proximity to beach access and the pool. One walking block away. The location on the island was perfect as well. Almost directly in the middle of the seven mile stretch. We rented bikes. Highly recommend even though we also had a car. We didn’t feel like dealing with the trolley or golf rentals. Our neighbor, who lives there, wasn’t noisy but because the walls were paper thin we got zero sleep at night. 12am-5:30am. It got better when we addressed the situation. I would highly recommend this property. We had an amazing stay. ❤️

Really cute cozy apartment

Was a great place, only complaint was the paper thin walls late at night, but that’s more on the neighbor than the building. I’d stay here again. Thanks for the easy check in/out process. Happy New Years!

Home away from home.

Very laid back. Pool is across the street. The island’s trolley stop is a short walk away. Beaches are not crowded. Very relaxing week. Con: The kitchen counter and several dishes that were put away were dirty upon arrival. Everything else was clean. We also were not told where to place our garbage outside we had to call and ask.

Disappointing

The only good thing about this property is the location. The bathroom was filthy, old dirty shower liner, dirty toilet brush, and visible grime on shower handle. The fold out bed was extremely uncomfortable and provided linens were cheap. There was no dishwasher in the “full kitchen.” This place was not worth the money we spent on it.

Please know that if you are ever uncomfortable with the cleanliness of a unit, we are more than happy to send a cleaner back in to address any issues. The owner is actively working on having the fold out bed replaced. Due to COVID, supply is low but this will be fixed without a doubt. Great Trip

This was a fun trip for my wife and I. We spent a wonderful trip visiting with our daughter and spending lots of time on AMI. The room was exactly as described, we found it cozy and spacious for the two of us. Access to the beach is about a 30 yard walk. Accessing the keys from management at the beginning of the trip and dropping them off at the end was simple and the staff were delightful and friendly. The only downside to this trip was a phone call I received from management the day before checking out where I was told that we were being too loud or that our room was…this came as a surprise to us being that it was only the two of us and we arrived to our room late in the evening. Anyway…we would certainly rent this unit again and highly recommend it to anyone wanting to spend time on this beautiful island.

Was taken care of by realtor when had concerns

Nice stay, first time. I would rent a car or golf cart. Trolley was good, BUT, had to wait 20 min at certain times of the day. Got old by end of the week.

Stayed April 2021

The bed and pull out sofa very uncomfortable. Did not get much sleep. Only one roll of toilet paper was available and only one extra garbage bag. The only condiments provided was a salt & pepper shaker. Pool was cold!

Regarding toilet paper. Our cleaners are instructed to leave 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom, two rolls of paper towel, and 2 trash bags per can. As we are not a hotel, it is common practice that we provide enough to get you started. Unfortunately, due to COVID, we cannot leave any excess/opened condiments in the units in an effort to lessen the spread of germs.
