The community pool is 50 feet from the front door. The Gulf beach is a 2-minute walk. The free Anna Maria Island trolley has two stops one block away on Gulf Drive — the full length of the island accessible without a car. Lazy Livin 6 is a ground-level

Bradenton Beach vacation rental that puts the water and the trolley within reach before you've finished unpacking.
The unit is one block west of the Intracoastal Waterway — dual water proximity that few properties at this price point can match. The layout sleeps four in two bedrooms. The master has a king bed. The guest room has two twin beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with basic cookware, utensils, and dishware for meals at home. Cable TV and WiFi included.

A few things worth knowing before you book: the community pool is not heated. There is no washer, no dryer, and no community laundry room on the property — guests who need laundry facilities will need to plan accordingly. Electric bikes are not permitted on site. Non-smoking property.

Lazy Livin 6 requires a one-week minimum stay. Not pet-friendly.

*Final payments are due 60 days prior to arrival payable by personal check or Echeck (which will incur a $1.00 processing fee) we do take
credit cards for final payment with a 3% fee on the balance due

Best location

Very clean, location was amazing! Would stay again and highly recommend! Bring plastic ware as there are no eating utensils. Using the oven and stove top simultaneously causes the breaker to flip. The pillows weee comfortable, beds comfortable, pool was clean and very refreshing! Walk to beach was short. Again this is the best location on the island for our purposes. Quiet neighborhood!

Anna Maria Island has been our family go to vacation for the past 3 years and we have stayed in one of the properties at Lazy Livin for each. Each of the condos is unique, but this property has been updated compared to some of the other units that we have stayed in. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would book again in the future.

Quite good honestly, very close to beach, nice and clean. The hot water for the sink was hardly ever working, but that's easy to fix . Would recommend to others

Week of fun and relaxing

The property was an excellent choice. It is a short walk to Bradenton. Beach that is clean and a perfect spot to spend the day and evening with amazing sunsets. We enjoyed the stay so much that we extended from 5 to 7 nights hassle free. This unit has a keyless entry, which was a plus for three adults and two children. The location is conveniently located. We had a fabulous trip.

A nice place to stay while on AMI.

Nice beach getaway

Property was very nice and clean, close to beach access and very walkable. Bed was very comfortable. Beach chairs and towels provided. Only slight issue is locking and unlocking the front door. You have to make sure to press against the door a bit to ensure deadbolt can move in and out. Not a big deal but good to be aware of. Had a wonderful time.

Great weekend!

The room was amazing! There was a very short walk to the beach and the pool was big and very clean. Unfortunately the only complaint we have was we never had any hot water in the shower. It was checked while we were there but we never got a hot shower.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice condo. Great location...quick walk to the beach. Pool was very nice. Condo was very clean. Very quiet location. My only negative comments would be the bathroom vent fan did not work, and the shower floor is not level, resulting in water pooling in the non-drain end of the shower. You can also hear upstairs guests quite easily, but they were relatively quiet.

Great location but the property is showing some wear & tear. No fan in the bathroom. No hand soap in the bathroom Not providing a reasonable amount of paper products for 2 ppl.

A wonderful stay!

The complex was family friendly and everyone was considerate at the pool. The condo was clean and well equipped. They were also quick to meet our needs. The only negative, which we knew going in, was so washer and dryer. This was hard with beach towels to dry out. But we loved this unit and will return soon!

Great time

Rental was great- provided us with beach towels, umbrella, swim tubes, and liens. Very close to the beach and kid friendly. Shared pool but it was basically private everytime we got in! Staff communciated via text and it was so nice! They even provided us with box fans :) (we can’t sleep without). Would definitely come back!

First Anna Marie vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The visual appearance was great. But the feel of the floor, counter tops, tv remotes and appliances were not clean. The tv was not easy to work, the unit stayed too warm and we had bugs. The distance to the ocean was perfect.
