The Cozy Comfort

Within a 5-minute drive are grocery stores like Trader Joe’s, QFC, PCC, and plenty of fast food options. The SEA-TAC Airport is close by, with only an estimated 6-10 minute drive. Both Seahurst Beach and Des Moines Beach are within a 10-minute driving radius. Everything is just a short drive away for your convenience.

Unwind in this family-friendly retreat. Enjoy your stay in this recently built BNB with cozy living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, optimal WiFi, smart TV, and Air conditioning/Heater. It’s the perfect spot for couples or families to relax and reconnect.



*It’s important for me to note that spaces that are NOT included with the bnb are:*

The door in the hallway between the bathroom and laundry room.

The garden (right side of the bnb).

The backyard behind the bnb.



*House Rules*

No parties. (Gatherings are allowed but it’s important to be mindful of neighbors and the property.)

Do not eat or drink on the beds unless done carefully.

No smoking of any kind!!! (Smoking outside at least 10ft away from the premises is permitted)

No cooking seafood inside (due to odors).

No weapons.

No pets allowed.

Any messes considered permanent (stained floors or walls, abused couch or bed, etc) that weren’t there before check in will be considered a breach of the House Rules.

Check-Out Instructions

Remove all trash and place it in the bins in front of the building.

Start a load of towels or sheets (or both).

Be sure to turn off ALL electronics and appliances (T.V, A.C, Lights, etc.)
