This comfortable 3-bedroom home is within walking distance to Sea-Tac International airport and a light rail that directly connects to downtown Seattle. Features an updated kitchen and bath with new appliances. This home is also located within 5-10 minute drive to a major shopping center and many restaurants. Only a 25 minute drive to downtown Seattle. There is also a dedicated parking space available.
Wonderful stay close to airport but a quiet neighborhood. On a busy street but not noticeable. Owner quick response to TP need and met owner who was lovely.
The property and host were great. Very clean property. Only downside, which could happen anywhere was gas was stolen and our truck couldn't start without refueling.
From start to finish, we enjoyed ourselves. There is only 1 tv which allowed us to disconnect and focus on the reason we were there and that was to enjoy the city. The host was quick on responding to us if we had questions, which was very refreshing. The house was very roomy.
This rental is well maintained and has a well thought-out design with a bathroom for each of the three bedrooms. We felt much at home and appreciated the convenient access to the SEATAC airport. The owner is very nice and quick to respond to any questions or issues. FYI - The house is on a busy uphill street and the driveway entrance is a little hard to see and turn into, but it is adequately wide for a mid-size car.
This place was fantastic. It was so clean and had everything you would need for your stay. Very close to the airport. We stayed two nights before our cruise. I would only recommend two things / 1 I would have at least one more TV so the kids can watch their shows. 2. I would clear out some of the growth between the house and the road. Just so the property is easier to see at night. But overall we loved the property and would highly recommend it to others.
I don't recall that the description of the property included that a renter also lives in part of the house.
We didn't have any issues with that but it would have been nice to know.
Overall we were very happy with the house.
We enjoy our stay, especially it was so close to the airport that we didn't have to wake-up early.
The unit is a sub-divided unit of the house, which other residents live on the other side. This unit is not ideal for people with disability or having challenge walking up hills and stairs. To get to the property, you have to walk up a few steps from the parking spot.
The house is nicely remodeled and very cleaned, although the floor make noise with every step you take.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay in a very quiet neighborhood
Great stay in a very convenient location. The house was well suited for our family with adult kids and their significant others. Close to light railso we could get up to Seattle with out worrying about parking. Only drawback was the other people in the house. Did not realize that it was a shared house from the description. We could here them in the back and we cut down on the family time so we were quiter at night.Would definitely stay again just with slightly different expectations.
Home was exactly as described. Very very close to the airport -- we could have walked! Check-in and access was smooth. Wifi was reliable. Parking for one car on site and close to bus stops and light rail.
Location was good. Very near the airport and centered between two different light rail stations that offered parking ( Angle Lake Station and Tukwila International Blvd Station). Was not aware that part of the house is occupied by a permanent tenant - was not a problem but when I was checking to make sure doors were secured the first night I found the patio sliding doors led to tenantâs part of the house and the locking mechanism for the door was on the tenantâs side and not the VRBO tenant side. I could not see a way to make sure we were secure. Did not have any trouble with it but certainly would have felt better if I could have known VRBO side of the house could be secure from tenant side. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed to have a great trip. As a side note to anyone reading this review - take the light rail anywhere you want to go. The sounder transit has a very limited schedule designed for work commuters. The light rail runs every 10 minutes. Would recommend this location. Near many restaurants as well.
Great stay for first time visit to Seattle. Close enough to downtown, but away from the crowds.
Very clean and had every thing we needed. Enjoyed having the washer/dryer since directly coming from an extended vacation. Contacted owner prior to stay if the unit had a hairdryer, quick response, it did. We spent every meal out, so didnât use the kitchen for cooking, but it seemed to have everything.
The house provided the space our family needed. We stayed for several days while we visited National Parks and Seattle attractions. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms made this house a good fit for our needs.
The location was great as we flew into SeaTac later in the evening so we weren't far away. Great location for a day trip by rail to Seattle and for a day trip to Mount Rainier. Host answered all of my questions in advance to make the stay go smoothly. It met all our needs before we drove north to visit family.
Stayed here as a homemade for the Blue Jay Games in Seattle. Family very comfortable and easy access to and from downtown. Property is well equipped thanks a lot!
Met up with our good friends to go to Mariner baseball games. This home is great location to park and ride Transit to games. Comfortable and convenient!
It was a really convenient spot. It was quiet and nice. The bathrooms are really small, and there were no toilet plungers which was a problem. I would stay again
The house has a great location with easy access to so many day trips by tram or freeway. Great local parks and restaurants nearby if staying in SeaTac itself.
We we loved that it was clean and quiet. Ensuites helped keep nighttime foot traffic to a minimum. Definitely would stay there again.
This well-kept, beautiful home was the exact type of property we were looking for and we received! Great views in a quiet neighborhood with enough space for our family to stretch out. The host provided all the amenities for us, including kitchen ware and plenty of extra towels and linen. It was such a great thing to have the bathrooms in rooms, especially for my older kids who want their privacy. We would 100% stay at this property again the next time we come back to Seattle!
Very close to the airport and local freeways. The house was clean and well appointed for our needs.
A few times you could hear people in the ajoining house. Just two things: the drive way is off a busy road resulting in having to back into the street or the drive way. The other item that could be addressed are the stairs from the driveway to the sidewalk. They aren't level. Overall we enjoyed our stay and can recommend it.
The property was clean and comfy but the home is weirdly split in half. The other tenants have access thru 2 different doors and you arent able to secure the doors from your side. On the second night i stayed at the property alone as i had a flight for work while my family went home
I felt very uncomfortable there. The doors should be able to be secured from both sides
