Beautiful home, perfect location

We are big fans of brigantine and vacation there every year. This was our first time renting this home and it was by far the best place we’ve stayed. The home was clean and updated, bright and perfectly located to walk to everything (beach, shops).

We had such a lovely time. Check in was easy, location was awesome and the walk to the beach was short and sweet. Only down side was the hot water ran out VERY quickly. One person could shower and then it was chilly showers for the rest of us. Not a deal breaker. Will definitely book again! Thanks so much!

Beautiful Property

The property is simply perfect! Everything you could need is included (coffee pot, toaster, fully stocked kitchen, beach tags, washer and dryer, just to name a few of the amenities ) and it is beautifully decorated. Our family had a wonderful time. Shannon checked on us before and during our stay and we felt very welcomed. Will gladly book another stay!

Property was very nice. This is our second trip to this quiet little town. Beaches were clean and not crowded! Didn’t have to fight with traffic. It was an easy 10 minute walk to beach. The neighborhood was quiet and people were friendly.

Cozy 2 bed 2 bath

Comfy and cozy 2 bedroom 2 bath. We stayed here before on the first floor and loved it. Stayed on the top floor this time and it’s just as nice. Feels bigger with the vaulted ceilings and skylights. Perfect for a small family and close to the beach. We will be back next year!!

Great pet friendly getaway

This was our 3rd time here and already planning for next year. Quiet and cozy. Perfect for 4-6 people. The fact we can bring our dog is what’s keeps us coming back. Short walk to the beach and the property is always well maintained. Easy check in and check out process and the owners are always quick to respond with any questions or concerns. All shopping needs are within walking distance. Can’t wait for next year!!

Great Vacation Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on 35th St. in Brigantine. We stayed on the first floor which is so clean, bright, open and comfortable. It has a "Great Room" which includes the kitchen, dining area and a large living room space with a TV. There are two nice sized bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, TV in each room, and spacious cabinets for clothing and personal items. There is a washer and dryer. The kitchen includes a coffee maker, dishwasher and all the tools for cooking. There is hardwood flooring in the great room which makes it easy to maintain. There is an outdoor shower for rinsing off. We so enjoyed our two week stay and look forward to staying there again.

Wish I could live here...

I rented the property for 3 weeks with my 2 shih tzus and had some friends and family stay throughout. It was perfect for me! Kitchen is updated with everything you need and the layout is open with 2 full bed/bathrooms! I can tell the mattresses are new and comfortable! Washer/dryer was key for me as well. The walk to the beach is around 7 minutes but if you prefer to drive, you can definitely find closer spaces. I had 4 parking spots, which worked out perfectly when my family came to visit over a weekend. The wifi was strong so I was able to work with no issues. Neighbors are great, neighborhood is safe and I was in walking distance to several stores and restaurants. Owners are available anytime you need them but everything was good so no issues here! I absolutely look forward to staying with them next year!

Nice place but not comfortable.

The owner was nice and addressed any concerns that we had. Check in was smooth. The place was clean except for one window which had a big smudge on it. I cleaned that myself. We didn't like the family room or kitchen furniture due to it's size. Everything was tiny trying to make the place look bigger then it was. We ended up bringing the front deck chairs in to sit on because the couch was so uncomfortable. The master bedroom had a double bed and the guest or kids bedroom had a queen. The kitchen had the bare minimum with a terrible knife set. We made the best of the week but probably won't be back.

Everything was super clean and the parking was great. We would def stay again.

The kitchen was upgraded. The bedrooms were nice and the beds were super comfortable. The front and back decks were awesome. The only thing we dislike was the size of the sofa ans it was extremely hard. Great place. We would def rent again.

Nice house but….

The house was nice and clean. Parking is complicated, we didn’t know that the 1st floor had to park on the street. We had a few rainy days and with children, not having any access to Netflix or any channels on the tv proved complicated. The beds were comfortable, but as for the rest of the furniture it was extremely uncomfortable. The couch was hard as a rock and very small. The kitchen table was meant for children and the outside furniture was hard plastic. There is no outdoor shower as stated in the listing. The upstairs neighbors dog barked and yelped from 6am on.

Brigantine beach house

The house was very cozy and worked great for my family! Being able to bring our dog for the week was a huge plus. The pictures online was exactly what you get. Great for a small family and having friends and family come down to enjoy the day. The front and back porches were great and spent a lot of time out there. The check in process was super simple and the landlord answered all questions and concerns almost immediately. We will definitely look into this rental again in the future!!

Our week in Brigantine

The house was mostly as advertised. One issue for us was that it was not cleaned adequately before we arrived and we needed to clean the kitchen and bathrooms when we got there. Another significant issue for us was that the clothes dryer did not work and we had to use a laundromat which was inconvenient. And finally the house needs more comfortable furniture (chairs and sofa were very uncomfortable).
