À propos de cet hébergement

Détendez-vous dans une maison de ville élégante et confortable de 3 étages en bord de plage sur le côté sud de l'île. Laissez votre voiture dans l'allée pendant une courte promenade (pas de rue à traverser) à travers les dunes protégées pour les aires de reproduction du pluvier siffleur et des cornemuseurs. Les dunes s'ouvrent sur une belle plage de sable bien entretenue et gardée. Détendez-vous et regardez les dauphins s'ébattre dans l'océan à Brigantine.

En entrant au 1er étage de la maison de ville, vous serez dans une grande salle qui comprend une belle cuisine bien équipée avec des comptoirs en granit, une salle à manger agréable, un salon spacieux avec un canapé enveloppant avec éclairage d'ambiance. En outre, il y a une salle de bain complète avec bain à remous et 1 chambre avec un ensemble de lits jumeaux. Le 2ème étage dispose de 2 chambres avec lits queen size. La chambre principale a accès à une terrasse, une salle de bain et un dressing. Le loft au 3ème étage a une banquette-lit et l'accès à la terrasse du 3ème étage. Chaque chambre a une télévision.

La maison est située à l'extrémité sud de Brigantine, à quelques minutes des restaurants, des courts de tennis, du golf miniature, du parcours de golf «The Links», de la pêche, du surf et du canotage pour ne nommer que quelques activités. Sans parler des casinos de renommée mondiale d'Atlantic City. Le Borgata, Harrah's et Golden Nugget sont à seulement 5 minutes. Pour ceux qui aiment faire du shopping Atlantic City Outlets sont à quelques minutes.

C'est une belle maison bien entretenue qui est abordable. Pour le plaisir de nos clients, nous demandons… de ne pas fumer et pas d'animaux.

Pas de location pour les groupes de moins de 24 ans.

Great Family Vacation Rental

This was the perfect place for 3 generations to enjoy a beach vacation. The house was perfectly located for the beach and on a dead end street. It was the best stocked rental I've ever had. All basic items for cooking and cleaning were available. We had a wonderful time and I would love to rent it again.

Loved the property, clean well kept close to A.C and the Beach. I had such a great time hopefully I can do it all over again next year. The owner let me stay late on check out day so we could enjoy the Beach a little bit more. Thanks

Amazing stay in Brigantine!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house has an awesome layout, very spacious for our 3 children and 3 adults. The walk to the beach was pretty, through the dunes and the beach was large and not crowded. We had a wonderful time.

Beach get together

Condo was lovely and good for 5 adults in a safe area! The half mile walk to the ocean was too long carrying our beach items! We dined in great restaurants in AC and Brigantine. We had a great time being together there!

Easy and nice

Justine was so easy to work with. She was communicative and very friendly. The whole process was so easy. The neighborhood is great and we were greated by a friendly neighbor and his dog. We immediately felt safe and comfortable. The house is very clean and we had plenty of space. We cooked and grilled several meals and the kitchen had more than everything we needed. The walk to the beach is safe, easy, and beautiful. We will definitely rent this house again.

Close to nature

This townhouse is well equipped. The walk to the beach was lovely through a nature preserve, a flat, well worn path/road of about 1/2 mile. The wagon at the house made it easy. The wide beach was gorgeous and empty in June.

Looks better in person than in the pics

We were delighted with the accommodations. The big open living/dining/kitchen was perfect. The beds were all very comfortable. The upstairs bathroom does need a little work but everything else makes up for it. There is a long walk through the dunes to the beach - but the beach was never crowded and the fragrance of the dunes was charming. We biked all thru Brigantine and loved the beach town vibe. We were very pleased with our rental.

great stay

good place . location a little far from beach. long walk. owner was responsive to small problem with shower door. unfortunately he charged us $30 for bleach a stain in a bath mat. We told him we did not cause it. may have come from the shower door repair.

Rainy weekend, nice house, good location

Unfortunately, the weather was terrible for three of the four days for the visit from our family of five (two kids age 10 and 12, my wife and I, and my father in his seventies). Thankfully the house was spacious enough for us to all have plenty of personal space while being stuck indoors for most of the weekend. Having a ground floor bedroom and bathroom was great as it minimized the number of times my father needed to go up and down the stairs. The location is excellent. Access to the beach (by a few minutes walk through the access path through the dunes) is a couple of houses down, and there is a grocery store and other shops a short drive. We were attending a weekend long event at Harrah's in Atlantic City, which we were able to reach in under ten minutes. The block was very quiet (although it rained so much, I imagine the whole town was quiet.). On the last day we had a nice walk down to the beach and got to enjoy it briefly. We would absolutely stay there another time. Check in was simple and owner was responsive to questions via text message.

The property was exactly as advertised. Owner provides everything you need for a smooth stay. Communication was very prompt. We really enjoy the location of the neighborhood, quiet and close to the beach.

Good Family Vacation Spot

Nice house. Clean and cozy. We had a nice time spending a long weekend at this house. I think it is a good spot for families with school-aged children or older. The only issue we had was that renters are responsible for taking trash and recycling to the dump and the trash bags that we left in the trash cans out back during our stay were ripped open by animals. So, I guess we should have either taken the bags to the dump immediately or kept them inside until the end of our stay. Justine was very good at responding to all communication.

Wonderful family beach week

We had a lovely family vacation in Brigantine. The house provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay and was just steps from the entrance to the beach. Check in and checkout processes were clear and smooth. We had a smooth stay and didn’t need to contact the owners, but they were very responsive when we had questions prior to our arrival. We recommend this property without reservation.

A Great Place to Stay!

My family and I recently returned from a wonderful week's stay at Jack's Brigantine Beach Retreat. The townhouse was very clean, spacious, nicely decorated and had a well-stocked kitchen. The beach access path was very close with a pleasant walk through the dunes to the beach. The owner even provided a wagon which helped to easily transport items to the beach. The beach was very clean, had a lifeguard, and many days we felt like we had the beach to ourselves. There is a gradual slope into the water without a lot of rocks/shells so our kids had a great time boogie boarding and playing in the waves. The layout of the house feels very spacious with plenty of room to spread out, and the beds are very comfortable. My mother stayed in the downstairs bedroom with access to a full bathroom while my husband, kids and I used the second floor bedrooms, loft and bathroom. We also enjoyed kite-flying on the beach, bike rides, ice cream at Aunt B's and a couple great take-out seafood dinners from The Crab Shack. The owner was very responsive to our questions before we arrived and made the check-in / check-out process very easy. We would definitely consider renting here again in the future.

Terrific home & location made for a great family vaca!

Beautiful home, very clean & spacious, and has everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation. We loved having the beach access right out the front door with a nice, short walk through the dunes to the amazing beach! The owners were excellent to work with and were always available to help with any questions or issues. We will definitely be back!

A Wonderful Rental!

This is a clean, comfortable and spacious house, with what felt like a private beach entrance through beautiful dunes, and easy access to the ACME, Wawa and Aunt B's (an amazing ice cream parlor!) I rented with two friends, and the layout and amenities were perfect for maintaining a little social distance with take-out dinners and movie nights. The property is absolutely lovely, just like the owners. This was a joy all around, and the highlight of our summer. If you can rent at this place, do!

Perfect Socially Distant Vacation Option

We got so lucky with this rental! The house is great and had everything we needed (we brought our own babyproofing items like rubber bands, to keep our 14-month-old out of the low china cabinets), but even better, we had the beach almost completely to ourselves all week (with lifeguard!). The walk to the beach from the house is long (.4 miles), but easy enough once you get used to it, and it’s worth it to not worry about being crowded next to other beachgoers. The outdoor shower on the back porch couldn’t be beat for hosing off after a long day in the sun; the beds were comfy; the kitchen was well stocked; and the owners were super helpful and communicative. Thanks for a great stay!
