This beach house exceeded our expectations. The location is excellent—it’s beach front with fantastic beach views from the 3rd floor balcony, it’s close to many restaurants, and it’s an easy 3-5 minute walk to the beach. The property itself is spacious and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The owner of the property was polite and responsive. Great location, space, and experience!

Our third year with my kids and now grandkids at this house which is simply perfect. Immaculate which is super important to us with a 2 yo and a 7 mo old.Our boxer Leo comes as well as my daughters Eclectus. My daughter said my grandaughter talked all the way home about “our” beach house.A few minor issues but Jerry is quick to respond and resolve. Lobsters, aquarium , shark parkSo close to action but peaceful . Love it!

We had a wonderful stay. Gorgeous views and a nice grassy fenced in yard area. Perfect spot for the dog's 1st beach trip. Loved the open sprawling living/dining/kitchen area. Plenty of space and seating. Large bedrooms and amazing closet space. Host was very responsive.

The house and location were both terrific. We really enjoyed the patios and view of the ocean from the top floor. And the owner was always very responsive to any questions. We had our dog with us, and the house/yard worked very well.

The property and accommodations are top flight from the comfort of the furniture and bedding to the beauty of the ocean views and gardening in the back yard! We had the most delightful stay which accommodated so easily the needs of my family and grandchildren!!! It was a fantastic vacation very short walk to the beach which is so convenient which young children!!

The house was extremely clean, great location and very comfortable!

It’s very well maintained and decorated very nice. The kitchen was well equipped with all items necessary for cooking. The beds were comfortable, lots of closets. Would stay again in a heartbeat. And the owner was very reachable to any questions that arised . Had a memorable few days.

Beautiful home, spacious, clean and comfortable, kitchen well stocked. Grandsons loved playing in the grassy back yard. Plenty of beach chairs and cart, no need to bring your own! Great location, steps to the beach, walking distance to stores, restaurants, etc. Fabulous week spent with kids and grandkids, would definitely stay here again. Thanks again Jerry!
