Hi Cynthia, I’m truly sorry to hear that your stay wasn’t what you had hoped for. We always want our guests to feel comfortable, taken care of, and supported throughout their visit. We did respond to each concern as soon as we were notified, including sending licensed professionals immediately to address the plumbing and electrical issues. All plumbing repairs were fully completed on November 11. We were not aware that you chose to stay elsewhere during the visit. Had we known, we absolutely would have stepped in to assist you. We manage several properties in the area and would have gladly moved you to another home to ensure you were comfortable. Regarding the breaker issue, we did share that it stemmed from an FPL equipment problem outside of the unit, but we still did everything in our power to resolve it quickly for you. Again, I’m very sorry for any inconvenience you experienced, and I wish we had known sooner so we could have supported you better. Hi Teresa, Thank you for your feedback. I am, however, confused by your comments, as our team responded promptly and thoroughly to each message you sent during your stay. In every instance, we also offered reasonable solutions, including addressing the window privacy film concern. Regarding the microwave: it was unplugged, which is why it initially appeared not to work. Once plugged in, it functions normally. As for the construction noise, we want to be clear that we do not control nearby city or private construction activity. As noted during your stay, all work in the area occurred during standard business hours and did not violate county “quiet hours.” While we are sorry to hear the stay did not meet your expectations, it is inaccurate to suggest that concerns were ignored or unaddressed.
