Immaculée studio cour rénové à seulement 80 marches du sable
Parfait studio immaculé avec les fenêtres avant et arrière avec beaucoup de lumière. Cuisine blanche rénovée avec des appareils en acier inoxydable. Grande salle de bain carrelée entièrement italienne avec une cabine de douche de 5 pieds. Des meubles en cuir confortables, une table et des chaises pour dîner et un grand lit escamotable Queen size et un grand canapé-lit avec matelas en mousse à mémoire. Armoires suspendues et tiroirs triples intégrés des deux côtés. Terrasse privée de la piscine et parking gratuit et WiFi. Tout nouveau système de chauffage et de climatisation de style hôtel. Une maison très confortable.

Such a Pleasure

Always a pleasure! Perfect location. Its clean, quaint, quiet, and if you want bars and restaurants, theyre right down the boardwalk! The beach is beautiful and steps from the studio. Very wonderful and we love coming every year!!!

Good location. Fast response from owner. Clean. Great price.

Enjoyed our stay. Had all we needed and extras like the beach chairs and umbrella. Very nice. Neighbors were friendly. House was clean. Bob was friendly and responded quickly. Free parking was well worth it. Would stay again. Thank you

Great little place!

Perfect getaway spot. Far enough away from the "action" but close enough to walk. Loved the pool and rooftop area. Bob was great with communication for the questions i did have. Would definitely stay at this place again! Bonus was Buddy the flower bed cat. All the permanent residents in the building were very friendly as well!

Great Place but keep parking pass in car window at all times!!

We had a great stay! Place is just as pictured! Perfect location! But keep parking pass hanging in your window. Ours was in middle console, visible but not hanging and our rental car got towed day 1!! It was a mess! But as long as parking pass is visible you will be fine!

This is our second time staying in this unit. It’s exactly as advertised. Nothing fancy but super close, just a block from the beach. From there you can walk to many bars and restaurants . It also comes with a parking spot which is hard to come by. The owner is fantastic. I texted him with a question when we got there and he texted right back with a response. We also had a problem with the coffee maker. I sent him a text and he had one delivered in a couple of hours! The unit has everything you need, plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, bottle opener, wine opener…there were a few chairs and an umbrella. They looked old. But we brought our own so we didn’t pull them out.We would definitely stay here again!

Great location. 10 minute walk to band stand. The beach is just a short walk. The host was great. Very quick to respond. Definitely going back.

Vacation

The studio was perfect for two! It was clean and had everything we needed. Bob, the host was easy to reach when I had a question. The building has a lot of construction going on and the pool was closed. The noise was a bit much on one day only. Being so close to the beach made up for the noise! Overall, we had a great experience and took advantage of the great location.

It was an older property but in excellent condition and clean. Very close to the beach and Broadwalk. Would definitely recommend it and would stay there again

Perfect for the two of us!

The unit was exactly as described. It was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was nice and we often had use of it to ourselves. The unit is just steps to the pool and a few more steps to the beach. It is such a beautiful area. One of my favorite beaches now. Many restaurants right on the broadwalk. I would love to stay again some time. Robert was excellent to work with and was quick to reapond every time i messaged. We ended up having our flight changed to a a much later time and he was so kind about it and offered a very reasonable solution for us. Thank you for all your kindness, we greatly appreciate it!!!

HOLLYWOOD BEACH STUDIO

The studio location, price and accommodations were great! The use of beach chairs and umbrella were also a great extra. Bob was very easy to get a hold of and answered quickly. Free parking space was also highly appreciated. The only disappointment was the fact that the building was under renovation and location was at north end of the broadwalk, so to get to center of the action meant at 10-15 minute walk. But overall the location and price were great and I would recommend this studio. Would love to come back again!
