Parfait studio immaculé avec les fenêtres avant et arrière avec beaucoup de lumière. Cuisine blanche rénovée avec des appareils en acier inoxydable. Grande salle de bain carrelée entièrement italienne avec une cabine de douche de 5 pieds. Des meubles en cuir confortables, une table et des chaises pour dîner et un grand lit escamotable Queen size et un grand canapé-lit avec matelas en mousse à mémoire. Armoires suspendues et tiroirs triples intégrés des deux côtés. Terrasse privée de la piscine et parking gratuit et WiFi. Tout nouveau système de chauffage et de climatisation de style hôtel. This is our second time staying in this unit. It’s exactly as advertised. Nothing fancy but super close, just a block from the beach. From there you can walk to many bars and restaurants . It also comes with a parking spot which is hard to come by. The owner is fantastic. I texted him with a question when we got there and he texted right back with a response. We also had a problem with the coffee maker. I sent him a text and he had one delivered in a couple of hours! The unit has everything you need, plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, bottle opener, wine opener…there were a few chairs and an umbrella. They looked old. But we brought our own so we didn’t pull them out.We would definitely stay here again!

Great location. 10 minute walk to band stand. The beach is just a short walk. The host was great. Very quick to respond. Definitely going back.

Vacation

The studio was perfect for two! It was clean and had everything we needed. Bob, the host was easy to reach when I had a question. The building has a lot of construction going on and the pool was closed. The noise was a bit much on one day only. Being so close to the beach made up for the noise! Overall, we had a great experience and took advantage of the great location.

It was an older property but in excellent condition and clean. Very close to the beach and Broadwalk. Would definitely recommend it and would stay there again

Perfect for the two of us!

The unit was exactly as described. It was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was nice and we often had use of it to ourselves. The unit is just steps to the pool and a few more steps to the beach. It is such a beautiful area. One of my favorite beaches now. Many restaurants right on the broadwalk. I would love to stay again some time. Robert was excellent to work with and was quick to reapond every time i messaged. We ended up having our flight changed to a a much later time and he was so kind about it and offered a very reasonable solution for us. Thank you for all your kindness, we greatly appreciate it!!!

HOLLYWOOD BEACH STUDIO

The studio location, price and accommodations were great! The use of beach chairs and umbrella were also a great extra. Bob was very easy to get a hold of and answered quickly. Free parking space was also highly appreciated. The only disappointment was the fact that the building was under renovation and location was at north end of the broadwalk, so to get to center of the action meant at 10-15 minute walk. But overall the location and price were great and I would recommend this studio. Would love to come back again!

Great Location

Place was just as advertised. Very close to the beach and broadwalk. Very clean and lots of amenities. Had no problems for the 4 week stay. Easy check in and communication with Bob the host was good from start to finnish. Would sty again.

Great location, clean place

Really enjoyed our stay. Nice location on Broadwalk. Place was clean and had many amenities. Check out the Water Taxi. It’s awesome. Utilize The Circuit for transportation up and down Hollywood for only 1.00 each way per person. The owner was very responsive, too!

Can't beat the price

The unit was efficient for what we needed. The door code was sometimes temperamental to lock. The building appears to be getting ready for some renovations, but it was clean, close to the broadwalk and beach and extremely affordable. The owner was accessible when I had questions. I also want to mention that the other people staying in the building were all very friendly and kind. The pool is nice also.

Great location

Bob Wilson was easy to deal with. Keyless entry was great. Unit was as advertised. Had everything we needed, beach towels, beach chairs and cooler. My husband thought the bed could use a foam mattress pad but I slept fine. The location was fantastic-just steps from the beautiful beach and lots of tiki bars and restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

Clean Convenient Cozy

We are simple travelers prioritizing cleanliness and convenience and this apartment had it. Small and cozy. We did ride share from the airport and relaxed the week here within steps to the ocean. I would stay here again.

Convenient & great location

The location was perfect and very convenient. The property had everything you needed. I did have to do a little extra cleaning but that’s because I’m a clean freak & need things perfect. I rather not see food left from other guests in the fridge & used toiletries in the bathroom so I threw all of that out. The A/C kept going on and off very frequent so that kept me up at night. Overall I would stay again. My daughter enjoyed it as well. Having the pool access was a win win, parking and walking distance of beach. Thank you Bob!

We came down for a show at Hard Rock Casino. Was a nice location, only about 20 minutes from most places and walkable from the beach! About a 10-minute walk or about a 4-minute drive to most restaurants (I'm 5 months pregnant and was a pretty easy walk!) The condo is slightly bigger than pictured & the perfect space for 2!! Could use some slight upgrades (including mattress) but nothing major !

Great spot for a quick trip to the beach!

Great location with just a block walk to the beach/boardwalk. EVERYTHING u need for the beach, towels, beach chairs, umbrella and even a cooler! Just bring your sun glasses!! 🌞
