Boating not your thing then take a minutes walk across the street to the world famous Hollywood Beach and boardwalk. Fine dining, and nightlife at your fingertips. Pickleball and raquetball courts two minute walk. Unit comes with one private bedroom (Queenbed)and sectional pullout bed with lots of linen. Fully furnished kitchen and working area. Very nice accommodations, pictures are accurate. The location is ideal. 1 block to the beach boardwalk with lots of great dining and shopping options l. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Location to beach was great! Just a one block walk. Intercoastal waterway directly outside the back of the apartment was nice for fishing. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking eggs for breakfast. Main living room couch was comfy for tv watching. Bedroom queen bed comfortable, dresser large enough for our clothes. Bathroom shower very nice! Air conditioner unit had no trouble keeping things cool and comfortable.

Host communication was excellent and precise.Very clean, great location.The dock on internal costal water directly behind the building was our favorite. Easy walk to the beach. Beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and cooler was all provided.Wonderful stay.

The condo was clean and had all the amenities that we needed. The location was perfect, walking distance to Hollywood beach and the deck was very nice sitting out watching the boats go by. Would definitely recommend this! We will be coming again

Very comfortable. Just a 2 minute walk to the Broadwalk and beach, and I appreciated that it had full beach gear - 2 chairs and towels, a cooler and an umbrella. Host communicated well.

The room was so clean and it was such a short walk to the beach we spent every morning there! The only issue we had was that the bed was a little too firm for our taste. Also, the kitchen does not have an oven so I wouldn't consider it a full kitchen.

This was as described! Very close to everything for a vacation. The location sits on the river view and a very short walk across the street to the Ocean and the Hollywood Broad Walk. There are many shops, restaurants and bars right there. The Host provided the things you need for a great day at the beach, towels, chairs, umbrella and a cooler! The host was available to communicate with you! When we were there the host was across the world on his own vacation and took the time to answer a few questions we had about the property!!!!I would strongly recommend this property for a stay at Hollywood FL. If get get back to this area we would definitely stay at this property again Thank you Sehoon for everything!!

Where to start? We had a perfect 5 night stay, the condo was amazing! Stocked with everything you could need, immaculate and comfortable. Sahoon was absolutely wonderful as our host…very accommodating and easy to communicate with. A big thank you!The location was great, the best of both worlds with the incredible water out the back door and the beautiful beaches only one block away. We made new friends sitting on the dock, watching the boats go by.

Our place was clean, and the check-in process was quick and simple. The location was also convenient and not a far walk from the beach, which we appreciated. It was also nice having beach chairs, an umbrella, and towels available for use during our stay.Unfortunately, the unit was much smaller than we expected based on the listing photos, which made it appear more spacious.Additionally, for two full days of our stay there was loud construction happening directly below us, including constant hammering and sawing. This was very unpleasant and not something we expected when booking, as we were looking forward to a peaceful and relaxing stay.We also found both the bed and couch to be quite uncomfortable, which made it difficult to fully enjoy our stay.

First of all, Sehoon was very accommodating and caring when we experienced several delays with our arrival. I truly appreciated his kindness! The condo and the building are clean and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom were both clean and equipped with everything we needed. The price for the location is more than fair. To be able to just have your car parked and walk a couple of blocks to the beach was great. The atmosphere at Hollywood Beach was awesome!The only issue I had with the location is that we stayed during spring break and Ocean Drive gets very busy.

We have stayed in this area before, and this unit was great.You are with in walking distance to the beach, great restaurants and the water taxi. Overall the unit was very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

Winter get away

We had a great stay. The unit is centrally located. It’s across the street from the boardwalk, but very close and easy to get to. We liked the accommodations and would come back again. The host always replied back expeditiously.

What time arriving to the property the property had an awful smell of mildew and mold. There was mold in the Rental as well as the humidity was high and unbearable for breathing. The air conditioner was not working properly. And the host refused to compensate when I brought this up as a health and safety. The host offered to deliver a dehumidifier the next day, but as we all know, dehumidifiers take days to work and will not remove the mold within the rental property which is a huge health concern. We were as I’m out money from this property and had to find elsewhere to stay.

Great Location on the intercostal

This property is in a great location - on the intercostal and only a few blocks from the broadwalk on the beach. It is small but not bad for two people. The biggest con of the place for us was that we could not park our pickup in the parking space provided because it was too big.

Stay was exactly as intended (which is a great thing - no surprises!) Our host was top-notch with communication. Sehoon answered my questions promptly and provided clear information on walking distance to some of the locations we would need to visit without a car. The property was as described and in an excellent location to walk up or down the Broadwalk. It was clean, comfortable, and had the amenities that we could have used if our stay was longer (beach gear, fridge, small kitchen, lots of pans, and appliances. We did not park here but if you follow the description on the type of car/truck you have anything under the described length would fit great. The only heads-up is the stairs leading to some of the units are a bit narrow and curve. It does state in the listing that there is no elevator, but if someone staying has mobility issues, I would stay on the ground floor. This was not a problem for us. We would definitely stay at this property again.

We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely book again. The unit was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, well-stocked, & in an outstanding location. It was convenient to everything we wanted to do, and we loved being right on the dock for a very relaxing experience with amazing sunsets.The host was exceptional—friendly, responsive, & accommodating throughout our stay. We made changes to our reservation, & he handled everything seamlessly, making the process completely stress-free. Communication before, during, & after our stay was superb. The unit had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of towels & beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, & a cooler. The laundry facilities were convenient and easy to use & having a convenience store across the street for ice & other essentials was a nice bonus.We also appreciated the free parking. The lot is a bit small & tight, but having a dedicated spot at no additional charge was extremely convenient. The location is very walkable, & access to the water taxi & local transportation options made getting around easy.A couple of things future guests may want to know: the refrigerator is not full-size, & the bathroom is on the smaller side. Neither impacted our stay, & the unit was otherwise perfectly equipped for everything we needed!A true 5-star experience. Thanks for being a wonderful host & for creating such a welcoming place to stay. We can't wait to return!
