The space
Discover rustic Southwestern charm in the heart of Chattanooga’s Southside. This 3BR/3BA pet-friendly retreat is perfect for families and groups, featuring a spacious kitchen with a coffee bar, a 10-seat dining table, and a vibrant game area with arcade games, ping pong, air hockey, and dozens more wall, table, and lawn games. Just steps from Sculpture Fields and a short stroll to the Southside Historic District. It’s the ideal spot to gather, play, and unwind!

COMMON HOUSE ACCESS:
- 21+ social club access to amenities: pool, co-working space, gym, podcast booth & more
- 1 day pass per adult included with 3-night minimum stay
- Pool access is for adults 21+ only
- Kids welcome during Saturday brunch (10 AM–2 PM)

GUEST PARKING:
- 1-car garage (fits one)
- Additional car can park on the far end of the driveway, right in front of the garage
- Extra guest parking available within the community
- EV charger available

SLEEPING:
- Master Bedroom: King-sized bed, en suite bath, closet, blackout blinds, fan, private balcony
- Second Bedroom: Bunk bed with 2 full-sized beds + 1 twin pull-out bed, closet, blackout curtains, fan, Pack N' Play

Other things to note

THINGS TO KNOW:

Guest access: Smart lock entry at front door & garage; unique code provided 24 hrs before check-in

Pet policy:
- Max 2 dogs per stay ($150 flat fee)
- No puppies (still in training)
- Dogs must be leashed outside
- Owners must pick up after dogs (bags & trash provided)
- No dogs on furniture
- Dogs must be crated if left alone
- Owner is responsible for damages; cleaning supplies provided for accidents

Smoking: Strictly prohibited indoors & on property (includes cigarettes, vaping, cigars, marijuana, etc. $500 fine + cleaning fees if violated)

We strive to be good neighbors and respectful to our community. Quiet hours are 11PM to 8AM. Parties, group gatherings are not permitted in the home or on the property.

Smoking, weapons, and illegal substances are NOT permitted on the property. Guests will also respect the environment and safety by properly disposing trash to prevent animals coming into the property and rummaging the trash. Following these rules are a must. Please respect the community and these policies.
