This listing was great for our family gathering, adults, newborns and fur babies alike. It was fairly quiet even though the Mill Town neighborhood is undergoing growth. The unit was well stocked with essentials, and the host was very responsive.

Thank you so much for staying with us and for such a thoughtful review! We're so glad the space worked well for your family gathering — from the newborns to the pups, it sounds like everyone had a comfortable stay. We work hard to keep the unit well-stocked and quiet despite the neighborhood's growth, so it's great to hear that came through. We'd love to host you and your family again anytime! 🏡💛

Very happy with our stay. The home has everything you need for a large family. The large couch and extra kid cushions were nice for movie night. The hot water lasted through all the showers. It was close (5-15mins) to a lot of attractions and restaurants. We would stay here again.

Floors felt gritty with hair and dirt. Bed was not very comfortable. Propane tank was empty for the fire pit. Sent a message about trying to extend our stay due to car troubles keeping us in town, but did not get a response.

We’re sorry to hear that your stay did not fully reflect the five-star experience we strive to provide. We appreciate your feedback regarding the floors and have shared it with our cleaning team for review. Regarding the fire pit, our team inspected the propane tank and confirmed it was half full. The tank simply had not been turned on, and there was propane available for use. We understand that mattress comfort is subjective, and we’re sorry the bed wasn’t the right fit for you. As for your message about extending your stay due to car troubles, we’re sorry we missed it. We’re not sure how the notification was overlooked, but we understand how important timely communication is, especially in an unexpected situation. Thank you for your feedback. We take our guests’ experiences seriously and appreciate the opportunity to address these concerns.

Clean area, friendly host, pet friendly. The only bummer was the view from the patios. Dilapidated building under construction. That has nothing to do with the host though. Other than that, the area was quiet.

The property was newer and clean overall. Unfortunately, our main issue was being charged for damage to a stool leg support that we never used and didn’t even realize was there (it was hidden under the bar). The owner filed a claim without prior notice. Even after we explained the situation, we were billed for something that they failed to find previously. Attached is the picture they shared

To future guests reading this: we strive for excellent service and are receptive to constructive feedback. However, in this instance Quan is completely wrong on every count. Quan was asked (given notice) about the stool before we filed the claim. Quan was personally billed nothing. Insurance paid for th $30 bar stool. We explained this to Quan several times. Sad to see that Quan’s spiteful nature prompted him to leave us a 3 star review over a $30 stool that he was never charged a dime for. We work extremely hard for our guests and this fraudulent review is unjust and unacceptable. To other hosts: be wary of letting Quan stay at your property. He is no longer welcome at ours.

The layout of the home was perfect for our family with 2 adults and 2 small kids. We loved the outdoor spaces...they were furnished beautifully and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. We liked the location as it was close to downtown and restaurants. There was some construction in the neighborhood, but it didn't bother us. If anything, that's a good thing because they're building out Milltown area with new homes and shops. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was perfect! Kitchen was fully equipped, from small appliances to a tea kettle and everything in between. Glassware, dinnerware, silverware, cookware, everything was cohesive and made our stay feel special. The open space downstairs was lovely, the bedrooms were comfortable, the primary suite was delightful. There were many thoughtful extras that were appreciated: coffee pods, cleaning supplies, even laundry products. We would choose to stay here again 100%. One last thing - communication was excellent! Thank you!!!

The 3-story townhome was new-ish, very clean, and spacious. We enjoyed our stay. THe first floor had all the living spaces and a half bath. It was well stock (except it needs a larger pan) in the kitchen and baths. And it was generously stocked with toilet paper, garbage bags, dish washing products...more than just starter amounts. Also, it had a variety of spices, coffees, and teas. The second floor had two bedrooms with a shared bath and laundry. The beds were comfortable and each room had a ceiling fan. One critique: we slept oddly hot considering we had the fans on. Direction of the fan? The shower had plenty of hot water. The third floor is the master bed and bath with an extra twin in the walk-in closet. It also had a nice patio and the sauna which everyone loved. Parking was right out the front door, and clean up was very reasonable. There are 2 long staircases, so not handicap friendly or great for kids, but we had 5 kids with us under 6, and we made it work fine. The kids loved the arcade game and the blocks were a hit. Communication was also great, and check in was easy.
