A second bathroom, complete with a luxurious bathtub, ensures that everyone has their own space to relax. The private balcony offers a serene spot to enjoy morning coffee or evening drinks, with comfortable seating to take in the surroundings.

Guests will have access to the entire home!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Located in the vibrant area of Brixton, this apartment places you in one of London's most lively neighbourhoods. Explore the eclectic mix of restaurants, bars, and markets, including the famous Brixton Market. Enjoy a cultural experience with nearby music venues and art spaces, all of which contribute to Brixton's unique character.

Eythorne Road is well-connected with public transport. The Brixton Underground Station, just a short walk away, provides access to the Victoria Line, making it easy to explore central London. Numerous bus routes are also available for convenient travel around the city.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
