Nestled in the charming **Loyal Heights / Sunset Hill** neighborhood, the Loyal Sunset Suite offers a tranquil residential setting just moments from **Golden Gardens Beach** and **Shilshole Marina**. Here, you’ll enjoy the peace of a quiet, family-friendly area while staying only a short drive from Seattle’s best dining, culture, and attractions.

The open-concept suite comfortably hosts up to five guests—perfect for parents traveling with children or multi-generational stays. The suite also caters to those traveling solo, as a couple or close friends. The sleeping area features a **plush king bed** and a **twin bed**, complemented by a **queen pull-out sofa** in the living area. Large windows bring in natural light, while blackout shades ensure restful nights.

Located on the main level of our single family house (not a basement), the suite offers a private keyless entrance and easy residential street parking. While we reside upstairs, extra soundproofing ensures a peaceful stay.
