Excellent Stay

The space was incredibly clean and comfortable, close to lots of great food and activities, and great hosts. It faces a busy road but amenities are provided if that is an issue (wasn’t for us but could be for more sensitive guests). Overall wonderful stay and would book again.

Clean and great location

Home is very clean and welcoming, and had everything we needed. This is located on a busy street, so you can hear the traffic, but it wasn’t a huge deal for us.

Seattle 5 star stay

The house is beautiful and location is perfect (15 minutes from the space needle). My wife has Crohn’s and there were several gluten free food option within 5 minutes of the location. Olga was great with check-in instructions and communication. Very happy we were informed about the tight parking space the day prior to arrival. Made sure to choose a smaller vehicle as a rental and parking was not issue.

Very nice apt in Ballard

Lovely two story condo (three if you count the roof deck) on main thoroughfare in Ballard. Right on Rapid Ride D line if you need to catch bus. Well stocked and everything worked. 5 stars.

Wonderful home

Wonderful place. Comfortable and well stocked. Had question for owner and she got back to me immediately even though she was out of country. Took my daughter to visit UW and location was good. Great restaurants around. If she chooses to go to school there I’ll use this home again. Thank you.

Wonderful Seattle property!

Super clean and cozy property, convenient location to downtown and outlying neighborhoods. Everything you could think of needing for comfort and in the kitchen is supplied. Bed is comfortable, light and bright rooms throughout. My literal only caveat would be for super light sleepers - the street noise is pretty loud from below early in AMs, even with white noise machine; but if you're able to wear them, the owner provides sleep masks for the brightness and ear plugs for the traffic! Would definitely stay here again!

Thanks for a great 4 day weekend. This comfortable and cozy townhouse had everything we needed for a great stay. The views from the rooftop deck are magnificent. The owners attention to detail was very apparent making us feel like we were in a home away from home. The property and garage are well secured. The location is super great - less than 10 minutes from downtown Ballard where there are many great eateries and 15 minutes from Seattle waterfront and its surrounding areas. Thank you Olga and Olessia!

Wonderful stay

Excellent. Owner thought of all the meaningful touches. Using the TV was super easy, better than most. Comfortable. Immaculate. A 1/4 to 1/2 bath on the 1st floor would be most convenient. It’s a long way up the 15+ stairs through the upstairs bedroom, through closet area to the shower and toilet.

Picture Perfect!!

The condo is very clean and cozy with a very welcoming and homey feel. We loved everything about our stay, especially the roof top deck with patio seating which allowed us to enjoy the skyline and landscapes in the distance. The location is perfect for visiting the Seattle area and Pike Place Market-just a short drive away. The location is on a busy street which is noisy, particularly at night, but the host provides sleeping aides (ear plugs and eye masks) to make for a peaceful nights rest. We appreciated having a parking garage with designated parking even though the neighborhood felt very safe. Thank you again for allowing us to use your beautiful home!!!

Very comfortable townhome!

Having a place with a full kitchen was fantastic. The rooftop could have used more cover from the rain, but it was nice to have the space and the view. Great location, short distance to a bunch of attractions and restaurants. Parking was tight but it was convenient having a dedicated spot. All of the amenities were top notch and as advertised. Very comfortable furnishings and big TV, too. The little touches - masks, robes, a drawer of miscellaneous charger cables - showed great attention to detail. Even the inclusion of a helpful picture in the check-in instructions was a nice touch. All in all, had a wonderful stay.

Great Stay in Ballard

The apartment was super clean and very well equipped. Very nice appliances and a roomy bathroom. The big TV in the living room was great. The weather didn’t cooperate during our stay so we didn’t get a chance to use the roof deck but it looked very nice. 15rh is a busy street and there is some traffic noise but the hosts provided some helpful things to mitigate the noise. The complex the unit is located in is also very clean and secure. It was very nice to have covered parking but as a previous poster noted, larger vehicles are not going to fit. We had a Toyota RAV4 and it just made it. Overall this is a great place for a couple to stay in the Ballard area.

An amazing clean rental! Parking spot is definitely made for compact cars. We had a RAV4, and it was a bit dicey backing in.

The townhome is in great condition. It’s very pretty and nicely decorated. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you’d need for cooking great meals. It is a very spacious home. All of the furniture including the couch and bed are very comfortable.The only con is the constant street noise as it is located on a very busy street. Nice that the hosts offer earplugs to help drown out the noise while trying to sleep at night.

Good location.secure building. Parking in secure garage. Clean, nice apartment. There are steps and you are on 15th so can be noise for sleep but they supplied earplugs. Good communication with host. We were warned about tight parking so get a mid size or compact car and no problems. Also make sure you take the key and security fob with you when you leave apartment- don’t be a ditz like me!

Cute and Clean

We loved everything about Olga's place! It was super clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. I appreciated the detailed instructions on how to pull out the sofa bed, which was very comfortable. While we weren't in the heart of things, we were within easy walking distance to everything the Ballard had to offer.I would have appreciated having more info on how to operate the mini-splits and a deeper appreciation that the unit faces a very busy street with lots of traffic as we were hoping for a quieter environment.Thanks for a lovely stay!

We’ve been at many VRBO properties. This one is absolutely exceptional - at the city’s prime location, with theater-style TV and high taste furnishings. It has practically professional kitchen with vast of nicest ceramic tableware and all possible high quality kitchenware. The owners are the most caring and responsive people ever, you need something - they would help immediately.Great and right place to stay!
